Esme who is now Lily is more than we can ask for. Pawrade did a great job answering questions and they were always there to be helpful and reassure me that everything was Ok. Transport went fine, she arrived clean well rested and ready to be cuddled. The biggest drawback was not being able to speak directly with her breeder. There were. Few items that could have helped if I could. Pawrade did try to get the breeder to call me, but unfortunately they just didn’t reach out. I will always use Pawrade if I needed to add to my furbaby family. Thank you so much for making my dream come true! Respectfully, Kathleen and Lily

Georgia arrived on time at three am in the morning. She was delivered via vehicle. They rode straight through. She is a delight, but but there are times a puppy can be very difficult. We have a trainer coming on friday to start her training. Having a puppy is an interesting experience and you need a lot of patience.

We just got Colby the Bichpoo - our 2nd from Pawrade - the breeders you folks use are great - both of our pups have been happy, well adjusted and healthy. The puppy van delivery service is great as well, our dogs were both calm and happy when they arrived. Pawrade does a nice efficient job of organizing and communicating throughout the process. Thanks!

Great service from Pawrade and the breeder. I have a question though and one comment.. Question: I understand that Thai was already microchipped. However inside my packet was a form to get it done. Help. Does she have a microchip number I missed?? Comment: Thai had a very unclean odor when she arrived like she was traveling in a filthy cage. She was also very thirsty and hungry. The concierge individuals were very friendly and answered every questions. They kept us informed and were so prompt. There was barely any waiting for a response. My only issue was the pricing. I do think it was a little excessive compared to other daschunds we have purchased with similar blood lines or backgrounds. Over all it was a good experience

The puppy is AMAZING! Everything I hoped she would be! As for the process, it was tough to get answers quickly when it came to getting the puppy because there is no direct contact with the breeder. It had to go through people to get to them- and of course there are hours of operation which limited communication as well. It was bit stressful but in the end she was worth it all!

Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She made purchasing Chica easy and helped us with all our questions. We had problems with Express Puppy bringing the dog to us. They were less than 2 hours from our home and turned around because of a problem with a different breeder. We understand there are unforeseen circumstances under which the driver has no control; however, this was a judgment call where the driver chose to not deliver the puppy when he was so close. We felt that adding an additional 48 hours travel time was stressful for the little 2 pound dog. Also, the Pet Concierge does not answer the phone or return phone calls. Cynthia helped us with that and even contacted the breeder about our concerns with extended travel time. Our experience with the travel portion was stressful and disheartening. But the dog did arrive safe and healthy. We couldn't be more pleased with Chica. Cynthia went above and beyond!

Very happy with Dory! My parents and many others didn’t understand why I was getting a dog as they all said, over the internet. I explained many times that, you can’t just go to a pet store anymore. And in Jacksonville, Florida. At the humane society. The most common dog there is a pit bull and such of that mix. And yes, I’m retiring since my wife’s passing at the first of the year. It’s only going to be me and the dogs from here on now. Yes I have a rescue Walker hound that is doing great with a puppy. Already know that She definitely didn’t like older dogs, especially males with Her past experience. So yes, for us, this is the perfect opportunity and way for us to truly enjoy retirement.
