I think you do a fantastic job..I love my sweet puppy. Carlotta.. One comment.. The travel wasn't as expected..looong day. Almost 12hrs..sitting abd waiting for flights. The distance was only 1 hr..30 min. But with delays..made it much too long. Nanny Antonitte..was great. Soo very attentive..cared well the lil puppy. Thanks again for your outstanding service.

I was charged a different price than I was quoted. Also I wasn’t told that Citrine has a deformed pupil in her left eye. It’s more triangular then round. And still paid over $2900 when I was quoted $2500

She is precious and healthy. Very informative helpful staff assisting a process to get her from Missouri to Illinois. She came ahead of estimated ETA at 4am in the pouring rain making her intro to potty outside difficult.

I would say from the moment I contacted the people or they contacted me. They were professional. They were sweet ,kind and were very helpful at any questions. The company uses Wags on Wheels for the transportation of the dog , they were also great to work with . All in all we are very happy with our newest member of our family .

Very pleased with the entire process. We are thoroughly enjoying our new Shihpoo. There is nothing negative I can say about Pawrade. Quick responses to my questions. Healthy puppy that was already pad trained. She still has accidents but for the majority she goes to the pads. If I had to come up with a negative, honestly the only thing would be that there are so many adorable puppies. That makes it difficult to choose.

Everything went smoothly. I’m so happy with Pawrade, I’ve even told my grandson who just received his vet tech license to persue a position with your company. I highly recommend using Pawrade. Thank you Donna, Cindy, and Ashley for responding so well to everything I needed. I appreciate you all being available day and night to ensure her smooth hand off. And, big thanks to our breeder, she made it so easy and her attentiveness to training my puppy before I took possession. We simply took her home and she went right to the pee pad and did her business! She slept through the night and she and I are well rested and ready to start our first day of training! We are happy this morning!!!!.

Pawrade did great except we were given the wrong number for the breeder, which caused a great deal of consternation. All worked out in the end and we are delighted with our wonderful new puppy.
