We are in love with us son! He is so calm happy little guy! Us family can not have words to express as gratitude for Pawrade. This company is very serious to carer for a life being. Many e-mails, conditions to make sure that Louie will come home save and health. We have him for 48 horas and feel like he born here. The drivers were very nice and friendly. The new puppy sweet honey was so happy to run around. The updates were very helpful, only thing is I ask what food she is eating and they did not know, I assume it was purnia puppy chow. I will be changing to the Science Diet for her, to also let you all know her new name is Kali. My family loves her, she fits right in and loves to snuggle. They can't wait for her to start enjoying her new life, I think she is very happy. Thank you for everything.

We decided that it was time to welcome a puppy into our home and were looking for mini goldendoodles. We decided to get two when we saw adorable sisters were available. Since Pawrade had so many choices, I was a little skeptical that it was a hoax. BUT Pawrade was actually fantastic. We got the exact puppies we chose and were able to Zoom with the breeder and our puppies before they were delivered to us by the transport team. Magnolia “Maggie” May (previously “Molly”) and Penelope “Penny” Lane are beautiful, happy, healthy little additions to our family and we are loving learning their sweet, funny, cuddly, mischievous personalities. It took them 2 weeks to get to us once we paid for them which felt like a long time, but the representatives at Pawrade communicated with us each step of the way! Thank you for our beautiful puppies!

This was the best time of our lives, everyone that helped us from day 1 in getting our Boxer choosing her and all the way to delivery of her to us was so smooth everyone was a gem to work with. Our baby is wonderful and all shots for her age were given to her before transport just like they said our vet said she is in good health and she said she is adorable but we knew that when we picked her lol. She has adjusted so fast , we love our new baby girl. She is happy and has made us laugh so much it's a joy to have her and our 2 yr baby Yorkie loves having a play mate. God Bless You All for all your help and please tell our breeder she has done a wonderful job with Marigold AKA Callie Hope. We r so grateful we found you ,anyone who is looking for a puppy should reach out to you the best thing we ever did ❤️

Pawrade was amazing from beginning to end. We originally purchased a puppy and could not get out of our head the one puppy left of the litter and ended up getting 2 fur babies !!!! They were able to get them both on the same flight. The 2 babies were very well socialized …clean …semi potty trained and very happy !! The team at Pawrade were very communicative and transparent. I would recommend Pawrade for anyone considering adding to their family !

The process with Pawrade was exceptional easy and quick. All of the CSR I dealt with were very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy and when I’m ready for another one I will differently buy from Pawrade

To begin with Pawrade doesn't deserve one single Star. Customer Service is terrible. I spent three days and more than 10 hours on the phone to deal with this transaction. Regarding the item "Adoption and Petpay fees". On the first day I was told $70.00; on the second this charge was down to $58.00 and ........ at the end the Pet fee I was charged was $116.40 !!!!!!. Dishonest way to do businesses! I will never recommend Parade to anybody. When I complained about the Petpay fee overcharge and I was thinking of cancelling the adoption, I was told that I could do that but I would lose my entire deposit already paid. It sounds like blackmail.

Everything was Great. I know that travel by airlines can be unpredictable, it took over 15 hours to get our puppy from when they brought her to the originating airport until she arrived at our airport in Raleigh. However, she survived the trip and is adapting to her new environment.

I am so pleased with my new puppy from Pawrade. She is a Yorkiepoo and she is just what I wanted. She is soooo cute and very playful (and very curious and mischievous too!). She is definitely keeping me busy! I love her dearly. I've named her Chloe Dahlia (formerly CeCe). She is starting to meet some people from my neighborhood and everyone loves her---how can you not!!! She is very sociable with people. I can tell she had a very reputable breeder. Her transportation nanny was wonderful and full of information for me. She arrived right on time. I expected Chloe to be soiled from her long plane flight but she arrived clean as ever. The only negative thing that I have to say about Pawrade is being unable to reach anybody to speak to when I did call with questions and never calling me back. So maybe there was just a lack of communication.

Unfortunately this was an awful experience. I was not given the choice to decide how my pup was going to be transported. I was given incorrect delivery dates and was told at the eleventh hour that the delivery can take place in the middle of the night. When I requested the pup be delivered 45 mins after what they sent me, the night before mind you. I was threatened and told the puppy will be returned to the breeder and I won’t receive a refund. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Stay away from this company!

AMAZING experience!! I will tell everyone about how great my experience with Pawrade has been. I read all the complaints on this company before moving forward with the purchase of our little princess. To the contrary of those complaints, the team assigned to us responded to every question and every request rapidly. The waiting process can be so hard, but upon request they even sent updated pictures of our girl to help ease the impatience. It was seamless and perfect all the way around!
