The travel team was truly wonderful and the communication on the back-end before and during the process was excellent. I also appreciate the step-by-step instructions and recommendations in preparing for our puppy's arrival. It was very comprehensive and easy to reference. Everyone was so incredibly helpful. The process was very easy and they explain everything every step of the way. My little ‘baby’ was delivered using their puppy can transportation. This company allowed me tot track her route to me and they sent cute messages At the end I received the most precious bundle of love you could image. Highly recommend Pawrade

Kyle arrived 3 hours early, a blessing as it was 12:00am vs. 3:am. Kyle settled in. Definitely not fully mat trained but so precious and full of vinegar. He slept in his little pillow bed between us from about 1AM to 5AM. I’m delighted with my birthday present 😍

Everything was amazing. One thing is took a few days to receive pictures of the pup. So I panic of course thinking it was a scam. Well it wasn’t I received my baby and she is amazing.

I wish I was let know, that my puppy that received didn't have her dew claws removed, making it a extra expense to me, to have them removed, because they will become a problem for her later on, if I don't have them taken off.

Pawrade has all the answers until you make payment for the puppy. They hide the way the puppies are transported….in a cage in a van for days. I elected to pick up my puppy and drive the puppy home myself. I asked repeatedly for the vet records to provide to my vet ahead of time and the representative would only say that it was unusual for this delay of receiving records to happen. My puppy had a cough from day 1. We didn’t even drive away with her 30 minutes and she was coughing. This cough turned out to be a very contagious organism. My puppy was hospitalized within 30 days as the cough worsened and the illness progressed to pneumonia. After thousands of dollars in vet/hospital bills, I requested re-imbursement as the puppy was obviously sick with the organism when I picked her up. Petpay denied all requests. I would not recommend using either Pawrade or Petpay to anyone. The breeders don’t want you to see their homes or the parents of the puppies??? Find a breeder in your area.

The lady and the gentleman that dropped her off was so nice couldn’t be more professional. It was a rainy day so I invited them in the house. They were so funny and I loved the little text messages they kept sending before they brought her to us. I give them over Five stars. I’d give them 20 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰
