My experience was great with Pawrade. The only thing I think could have been tad better was updating ETA on arrival. I received ETA of 5-6pm the evening before and day of, I text at 11am to ask if still on track with ETA and was told yes. At 6pm when still hadn’t arrived at end of window, I text asking for update and was told 6:30 due to traffic. At 6:40, I asked for update again and told 20 minutes. Puppy arrived at 7. I am perfectly fine with the delays because understand can’t control road conditions and traffic. I think around 4pm, an update should have been sent to me to let me know of delay as I held off evening items like making dinner etc because didn’t want to be in middle of it when puppy arrived so could give her 💯 attention. My experience was great but just wanted to give constructive feedback on delivery part.

Once the puppy has arrived to me, we have bonded right away. He follows me everywhere in the house or the yards. He is very playful and he is cute. The driver did very well in caring for puppy and delivering him faster than I had anticipated. With all the scams out there, we were skeptical. Pawrade made me feel at ease with their constant communication with me and updates on the puppy. Our puppy was not exactly ready when we first purchased him. Pawrade kept me updated on his progress until he was delivered. I felt at ease with the phone calls the text and the emails in the purchase process. I would definitely purchase from Pawrade again.
We had a great experience with Pawrade, they were so good to inform us & answer any questions we had. The staff at Pawrade was always so nice & professional. My new puppy is so healthy & happy, just adorable! 🥰 We are in love!

I cannot say enough good things about Pawrade. The process was so easy and smooth. From finding our new Aussie puppy to the transportation home, they were on point! And “Wags on Wheels”, their delivery service, was wonderful. Karen & Aaron kept us informed the entire trip and even gave Hogan a bath before they delivered him to us! If you’re looking for a new fur baby, Pawrade is who you want to use!!
Bella is home and safe. I cannot thank everyone who has helped make our dreams our reality. She is happy, healthy and sleepy. You guys did amazing bringing her here and she seemed so well taken care of 10/10 recommend anyone else to get a puppy through you guys!

The process was near perfect. There was a delay in the flight, no fault to Pawrade, but American Airlines never updated the AWB so I had to call American Airlines directly to make sure the puppy made the delayed flight. They were very quick to assure me he was on board but would have liked the AWB to be updated or Pawrade to update me directly. Also, his crate was very small for his size. He wasn't able to turn around and his face was nearly touching the front of the crate. I would inform the breeder to ship in a larger crate next time for comfort of the puppy.

initial process was great! Kinda went down from there. Was told we would have communication with Breeder, but that never happened. Paid to fly puppy out but found out last minute that puppy was too large. Puppy was delivered to our house by vehicle at 11:45pm. Puppy and I have received 0 sleep. I would buy from you again but would hope that pawrade would work on deliveries and to follow up on what they originally said would happen.

The transfer went very smoothly. We drove 5-1/2 hours each way and it only took the breeder 20 minutes or so to meet up with us. Melania is beautiful , well-behaved, POTTY TRAINED, and has a really cute, fun personality. She goes to the vet today for her wellness check. She appears healthy and happy. Pawrade has kept constant communication and the helpful hints have been helpful. Will recommend.

Great experience!!! For one the help from Cassi through our waiting period was excellent, she always got back to us quickly and made sure to get any Questions we had for the breeder back to us as fast as possible! Marley, now named Finn, is the so handsome and was very well taken care of during his journey to us with Express puppies. Like he smelt amazing!!! Overall experience was 10/10 and look forward to using them again when we’re ready for another dog! So happy to have our very healthy puppy home!!!!
