Very disgusted with the manner inwhich the business end of this transaction took place!! Puppy and breeder were exceptional!! I will NEVER recommend Pawrade to anyone looking at obtaining a puppy! Instead look for direct purchase from a non-puppy mill breeder!

Absolutely in love with my new baby! It took a few weeks after I bought him to actually get him but well worth the wait. Only thing is I got two different paperwork's in the folder the delivery service dropped off. I responded in the same chat I had been talking to the people in. Nobody has responded yet.

I love my puppy and wouldn't change who he is. He is doing well and growing with us. The paperwork and your health guarantee negates each other. Why bother? He came from a place with alot of puppies. He came he is afraid of men off the bat at the airport. He still is. His dew claws were supposed to be removed they weren't. In a weird conversation between my sister and myself, I picked up a piece of mail, a white envelope, he ran into his cage and cowered. Odd. We've pretty much broke him of that. Arrived with Giardia and another bacteria, needed meds off the bat. It took two rounds to clear it. Puppy mill problems. So. As I am thrilled with Jack and wouldn't trade him for nothing, yes Jack. What the hell kinda name was Conrad? Every is suspect. Trust no one.

Working with Pawrade was such a stress reliever! They were very communicative and gave frequent updates and replied extremely quickly to any questions or concerns. However, and this is probably something that was out of Pawrade's direct hands… he arrived heavily infested with ticks! Which perhaps stemmed from the breeder, or happened in transit. What probably started with a few, during two days of travel, lead to an infestation by the time he arrived. :(

I am glad to have chosen pawrade to find a puppy. It took about one month to finally meet Chloe, We named her Momo. Only one thing I didn't like is that when postponements of delivery happened there wasn't enough explanation and left me in the dark. It would have been a lot better if they told me why the delay in details otherwise I like pawrade.

Honestly don't know where to begin without sounding like a plug! We almost got scammed as over 80% do! Then we read about PAWRADE and started browsing Aussie Shepherds. We called and talked to puppy concierge Kelly Wicoff who took tons of time while we fished through options. The fact that PAWRADE only represents established breeders was awesome! We found BAILEY and knew we wanted him in our Mountain life. Kelly answered an extremely long email thread with questions and concerns. Once we were ready for the dog we emailed and called her then she forwarded us on to customer service liaison Donna Conner. We had questions for breeder etc and she got all the answers during the process. As the dogs pick up got closer we still had questions and she got answers. We then were introduced to Wags On Wheels as needed transport for the dog. Wow...another amazing experience. They use a tracking app so you can see dogs location and update during the ride. The drivers call and text too.

The customer service was amazing the communication was always a fast response. They answered all my questions with photos of the parents dogs and made the transaction feel personal as I had changed my mind on getting a male pup after putting deposit down on a female. Everyone was extremely friendly and caring! I unfortunately received the puppy with a bad case of diarrhea and low weight. I am getting him tested for parasites due to how low his weight is and had him treated for heart worm since it was such a long delivery trip. I am extremely appreciative that the service required the exam within 72 hours of the puppy being dropped off to catch the issue of his low weight and possible parasites. I would use the service again and even refer friends as long as the distance for delivery was closer to me. A 4 day travel time with multiple puppies in route is too much for such a little one.

In a world of scams these days I can honestly say I'm super glad I chose Pawrade as the people to trust. I'm absolutely extactic about my new little girl. The concierge are nice. However I don't think they know the surroundings of the breeders.We purchased our puppy through pawrade. Out puppy had ticks and 2 parasites. I wasn't happy with the excuse of a plane ride waking up parasites these parasites were from our puppy eating his and the other puppies pooh. Those parasites were there well before the plane ride . So be careful when buying on line site unseen.You are better off finding a breeder so you can see the surroundings of where your future family member comes from.
