The transfer went very smoothly. We drove 5-1/2 hours each way and it only took the breeder 20 minutes or so to meet up with us. Melania is beautiful , well-behaved, POTTY TRAINED, and has a really cute, fun personality. She goes to the vet today for her wellness check. She appears healthy and happy. Pawrade has kept constant communication and the helpful hints have been helpful. Will recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the process. I had wonderful people to help me from beginning to end. My puppy is beautiful and was checked out by my vet today from tip of her nose to her little tail. I already have told a number of people that I don’t think it’s possible for any other online puppy placement and transport service to do a better job than Pawrade. They emailed all the right information. They explained every step of the way. The transport went very smooth. Our new puppy slept quite a bit today but he ate, and drank, and did his business outside when the other dogs went out. He has already learned how to run up and down the stairs. My wife and I couldn’t be more happy.

We were searching to get an Australian shepherd puppy and came across Lola (previously named Ginger) online on the pawrade website. She came to our home last week and it was a wonderful and smooth experience through Pawrade. Pawrade helped with any questions, provided initial guidance on puppy care, provides information for a veterinarian health insurance and assists with the transportation. Our puppy came from Missouri all the way to Maryland and she arrived happy and playful and was obviously well cared for. Pawrade connects you with the Breeder once your puppy is with you and before then communicates any possible question you might have with your breeder. We received plenty of pictures of our Lola. The website also shows you the parents and the other siblings of the litter. We had an overall five star experience! Now we are in love with Lola and enjoying every moment with our new member to the family!

Was a great process only annoying part was with the delivery/transport and it being anytime during the day. Hard to plan time off when the delivery date/time is variable. Other than that it was great!

From the very beginning of the process there was amazing communication with staff and they answered all my questions and then some. I was a bit leary due to being scammed a few months previous and I was assured and also was allowed to speak with the breeder and ask any questions about my puppy. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the length of transportation time but we made it work and my extremely handsome Australian Shepherd puppy arrived full of puppy kisses for us.
