Casey is a well mannered Aussie has adjusted to our home and our girls pups are spoiling him rotten. The nanny service was great in keeping us updated on his arrival. Received clean bill of health from vet . Best Christmas present ever

Overall everything worked out. The pick up was challenging but not necessarily Pawrade's fault, more an issue with the airline. We love our dog. She is healthy and was well taken care of. We had all the documents needed and she is chipped. Some of the policies around first Vet visit were frustrating as we received our dog the day before Christmas Eve and no office was open until the following Monday meaning we would miss the 72 hr. time frame. They did extend it but only after a very passionate phone call.

I loved the experience. My one complaint is the short time period to get a Well Visit with a vet, it is impossible to get an appointment within 72 hours in this area with the short notice of specific arrival date.

To say the least, I was disappointed. Too bad, I had 1 great experience with you but the way you elected to resolve a second purchase issue I was having wasn't. You know, I never asked you for anything. But I did question the way the breeder in question called out the type of dog I purchased. And I believe you ignored the facts of the issue. I was excited to go back to you with a second purchase, but, and I'm sure you don't care, I wouldn't recommend your company. I only giving you 1 start because I have to put a rating in.

We know there was some discrepancy you felt when it came to the size of your puppy because he weighed more than expected. Australian Shepherd size classifications are actually based on height as opposed to weight like other breeds. We're sorry if this wasn't accurately portrayed to you prior to purchase. We are so happy with our little Maggie (now Kaia). Pawrade was amazing in helping us find a dog and on the process to getting her to us and flexible when we needed them to be! We are so thankful to them! One area to improve upon is the communication once the pet have been purchased. Once we bought little Kaia the conversation with them was a little impersonal and very one-directional. Additionally more communication regarding the transport of the pet would have been appreciated. but overall we are so thankful to you guys for helping us find our like bundle of fur! Thank you!

The whole process was stress free and the response time took about a day but over all it was supper professional but if you decide to change your pups name don't refer to him by the name you gave him and my pup came with dandruff or something on him not complaining but it would have been nice to know he had some
