Absolutely satisfied with my experience with Pawrade. I was so nervous to be doing this online and everyone was so nice and reassuring. It was a quick and easy process and the puppy got here so quickly! Everyone was responsive and caring.
From the moment we learned of Pawrade from a recent happy customer of Pawrade, we have had a very positive experience. Those who helped us in this process along the way (Michelle and Lindsey) were very responsive and friendly. The emotional calming effect of the correspondence made us feel like we had made a good and trusting experience in using Pawrade. Lastly, Josh Goff if Sweetbriar was personable and very caring with the dog. He kept us well-informed his location and the ETA here at our home. The whole process met all of our expectations and was more than satisfactory. We thank you so much for enabling us to acquire this sweet fur baby!

Communication wasn't always the best but Eddie did a fantastic job. Every time I called he answered and was always positive. When he didn't know the answer he would always follow up later with one. Travel company was amazing. Puppy came to us happy and healthy ready to play play play! He also has the best temperament and is a fast learner. Seems like he has been socialized quite a bit which is fantastic.

I was so nervous at the thought of buying a puppy online but every step of the way they were there to guide me trough the process. From my initial representative to my transportation one all were fantastic. The information they provide shows that they really care and it helped so much. The process for payment is kind of a pain if you don't have a high daily use limit on your debit or credit card. Had to use 2 different notaries before my I.D. was accepted and that just barely. The process is concealed until your money is committed. It could be easier and still meet their requirement of protecting the pups. The delivery process was fantastic and Toph is all you could want in caring for your pup during travel!

This was our first time using Pawrade and we were a little skeptical. However, everyone at pawrade made the entire experience easy and were always there to answer any questions we had. We are so over the moon in love with our sweet girl April and are so happy that she found her for ever home with us.

Editing my original negative review. Our experience was in the end very positive. We got our healthy puppy very quickly. There is a lot of staf working hard to make it a great experience. My original negative review was due to a glitch in the process, in which we didn't receive the transfer of ownership and couldn't contact anyone at pawrade, and couldn't subscribe to the health insurance they advertise. In the end if all worked out and they reached out and make a lot of effort to have everything sorted out. I guess that's when thing go sideways that you really appreciate the quality of a customer service.

Actually everything went well. The only hiccup was the signing of the transport papers and the change in delivery date. Otherwise great!!

My new puppy is beautiful and sweet. Travel was coordinated well, and she came to me a little scared from transport, but she was well taken care of. I was informed about what kind of food and supplements and vaccines she needs. Paperwork was included in her delivery. We've bonded and I love her already.

I had an amazing experience with Pawrade! I was really worried at the beginning because I did not know what sites were trustworthy, but the people were really amazing and they kindly answered every single of my phone calls and patiently gave me answers to all of my questions. They even called me to ask if I had any questions or concerns before the arrival of the puppy and he arrived sooooo well, and healthy. Amazing site and would totally recommend it.

Best website to buy a dog. They even groomed the dog before he came. I've seen pets with higher prices at pet stores that offered much less then what this site provides. I have recommended this site to so many people so far. Fabulous job!

Not very happy, my puppy arrived with parasites. She's had diarrhea since we got her, thank god the veterinarian office opens today. Also, I was givin my registration paperwork for her, I paid about $3,000 dollars for her and not one time was I told I wasn't going to get breeding rights. Normally, if you won't have breeding rights they'll disclose that information to you. So here I am with a $3000 parasitic dog with zero breeding rights to guarantee I keep her bloodline in my family. I am not very happy. Great for assistance if you need to make payments for a dog, and their customer service has been great. But this is a huge problem.

Finding, meeting, and purchasing our puppy through pawrade was simple and fast. They made the process enjoyable and thorough. However the travel company they choose to work with is not very accommodating. They do not communicate with us or the breeder when booking travel and we were left in the dark for most of the process. I like pawrade and would recommend going through them, but maybe booking transportation on your own terms.

I was able to adopt the puppy of my dreams through your site. Support help was great but a few things didn't track right. We we not notified of time puppy would arrive at airport and had to race to get there once airport staff called. Pup was just fine but it was very stressful for us. A couple of days after we got her I got an email from ground transport folks. So maybe communication between travel folks could be improved. I would use your site again though as I got a very quality and healthy puppy. Thanks!

We are very happy with the customer service. Any time I had questions, they were answered quickly. The hardest part was waiting for our fur baby to arrive!

Puppy arrived on time, in good health (though a bit off kilter owing to the 2.5 - 3-day Van ride). She has rested and is now in full Puppy Mode. What a wonderful little Puppy! She now has her forever home and is providing us lots of amusement and puppy kisses. We adore her and her playfulness. Female, Black Tri Aussie Shep. (Our 4th Aussie!) Super quick responses! After we found our new puppy it only took a few emails and calls to make all arrangements. Breeder was also very responsive!
