Pawrade was very quick on getting my info for my choice of a snuggle buddy. They asked all the right questions to assure me of a healthy and happy puppy! I love that this went great for me and would definitely recommend pawrade to others! Luna and myself are very HAPPY!!!🐕
I was a little hesitant to purchase a puppy from an online company. After researching Pawrade, I purchased a sweet Beagle puppy. WOW was I shocked at how well organized this company really is. Everything is well documented and the staff is with you every step of the process. Thank you to all of you who helped bring Lacee into my life. It has been love at first sight. Also thank you to the breeder for choosing Pawrade. Lacee will be loved and cared for and is already a part of the family. When Lacee is a bit older, can't wait to get a little sister or brother!! Keep doing what you do because you have it covered 💯!

You could tell that the puppy was well cared for. She was happy and energetic. She immediately fit in with her siblings.
This is my second purchase. My first beagle purchase went Fantastic. I can't say the same for this purchase. Don't get me wrong I love my beagle. BUT the delivery part I was less than satisfied. If I can make a suggestion. When a puppy is available for purchase and if it need to be delivered, I think that it would be a good idea to give the estimate date of the different deliveries BEFORE someone makes the purchase. I bought the puppy but then after paying all the fees is when I was told it would be about a month later before I would receive him. If I would have know upfront maybe I wouldn't have been so frustrated.
Words cannot express how my family feels having Winston join our family of 2 cats, fish tank, our girl Beagle Sophia, mom and dad. He's beautiful, is loving and has a wonderful personality thanks to the breeders he came from. I wanna thank Regina, Monica and Sandra for helping us on our journey to get Winston home as well as for the breeders to love him the way that they did. My puppy arrived safe and well. I've never purchased an animal this way, let alone having one flown, but Pawrade did a great job. My only concern is in scheduling the follow-up well being appointment. With difficulties in getting non-emergency vet appointments, I wish I had a little more time to get him scheduled after his arrival. However, I think my puppy arrived faster than usual. That aside, I still give Pawrade 5 stars.

Pawrade was great to work with. Lots of communication on how to care for and help our puppy adapt to his new family. The transport driver, Mark, was professional and caring. Dallas seems to have settled in quickly. He is very active, loves playing with his new toys = especially his mini tennis ball - but is most excited about being outside exploring the snowy back yard!

I was hesitant about purchasing a puppy online but the process couldn't have gone smoother. The people at Pawrade communicated every step of the way. I asked a lot of questions and if they were not sure of something they researched the answer and got back to me in a timely manner (usually less than a day). I received my puppy and took her to my vet for a well puppy check. My vet was very impressed with how healthy she is.

Once we found our new puppy it was love at first sight. I have never used a concierge service to adopt a puppy and was initially weary of the process. Pawrade was very proactive in ensuring we had detailed information regarding the adoption process. I would highly recommend Pawrade to family and friends. We love our furbaby!! T-Bear, formerly named Coal, is an adorable, very active puppy. We just had our 72 hour vet visit and the Veterinarian who took care of our now deceased rescue Beagle is in doubt that T-Bear will be as small as his 18 pound parents. We are tired of the 2250 mile drive to Buffalo, NY annually and therefore wanted a Teacup Beagle or a Pocket Beagle. I am not sure that T-bear will be able to fly . Is he really a Teacup? He is a very curious, active puppy who has already won our hearts. I have signed up for a training class through Petsmart which I did with my Beagle who was a rescue. We subsequently did Pet Therapy Dog Training and Sherlock was a wonderful therapy dog. I may follow this path with T-Bear if he is as mellow as Sherlock. I just pray that he can go into an under the seat airline carrier.

I just received my beagle puppy yesterday and I am very happy with her. Due to long distance traveling she was and still is exhausted and was not in a good shape when she got to San Jose. The process with adoption was fine the only comment I have to make is about lack of communication from the travel department. After I fully paid for my pet no communication was made until I contacted Pawrade's agent and complained. It took 18 days for them to send the pet which is okay if there was some kind of communication with me. Roxy is very shaky and afraid of everything and hides every time she's not eating-I hope this behavior is just caused by exhaustion for traveling and getting used to her new home and not from any kind of cruel treatment by the breeder. Thank you.

Great service! Communication was great! Liaisons responded very quickly and we're very helpful. Only reason I'm not giving all stars is because I wish the transportation costs were a little less expensive. We ended up driving to pick our new baby up, so bringing him home wasnt as convenient as we would've liked. Setting up pet insurance was a breeze and the representative at Met life pet insurance was wonderful! Overall, I'd definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to bring a new pet into their home.
The initially planned air travel was cancelled due to the cold weather. Shannon, the Travel Concierge suggested that I change to the ground delivery. It was a long drive, but the location tracking app works well and Mick arrived with full of energy.

I have purchased three other dogs in the past and this was the first time I went through Pawrade. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will NEVER use them again. First, my dog was transported when I requested she be flown. Second, the driver is not given pictures of the dogs being delivered, and gave my dog to another owner. Third, she arrived at 2:30 am on a Monday morning. Fourth, she arrived sick (which I was told occurred after she was delivered to the wrong person). The driver took responsibility right away, but Pawrade blamed them and couldn't be bothered to call me. How awful!!

Our puppy is here he is healthy and happy we love him, the moment we see him come in by the door all the family was very happy and kids are very excited to have I'm in our family.

We purchased a Beagle puppy from them in June of 2021, and didn't even get to take her home. Immediately after picking her up from the airport we noticed DOZENS of ticks covering her body, as well as a tremor in her hind leg. We took her straight to the vet where she had to stay overnight. They believe she had Distemper when she was younger, that left her with nerve damage and the resulting tremor. After being spayed, the vet also noticed this infection also cause developmental issues to her teeth, that will cost hundreds to thousands to repair to prevent her from being in pain. It has been 7 months and there has been no communication from PetPay/Pawrade since September on reimbursement which THEY PROMISE on their website with their "Health Guarantee". We are doing everything we can to give our beloved puppy the best chance in life and this whole situation has been expansive and stressful. I would not recommend Pawrade to ANYONE.
