Happy as can be, only thing i may do different is to pick up or fly puppy. Being on southwest coast i was one of the last deliveries on delivery. No fault to delivery service it was a very traumatic 5 day drive.
Everyone at Pawrade was great. There was always someone to talk to if I had questions and they kept me informed of what was happening thru text and email. I love my new puppy and I am very happy with Pawrade.
We had an excellent experience and love our new beagle puppy Blue (previously named Banks). Everyone was great from customer service, to transportation!

We had a great experience with Pawrade. We received our sweet beagle Honey, a few days ago. The transaction was smooth, they kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, until she was delivered into our arms! Really sweet experience!

Pawrade is excellent no OUTSTANDING. My dog was healthy and safe during transport. I was always updated on any service pertaining to her. Everyone is so professional working for this agency. Making the purchase easy and to ensure you understand everything that is happening with your future pet. They even contact the breeder if you have questions about your pets parents etc. i HAVE PASSED EVERYTHING ON TO FRIENDS LOOKING FOR A DOG AND PROFESSIONA; SERVICES IN THE NEAR FUTURE. It was such a pleasure working with Parade. They really care and take you through all the steps. Jodi was supportive and helpful, giving me everything I needed to know. The transport was also great as I was constantly informed about the care of our puppy. Overall, it was a great and easy experience.

The dog did not come as advertised, he's extremely bad behaved with severe separation anxiety and no potty training. Obviously from a backyard breeder with his temperament would never buy from pawrade again.

Shoutout to Corbin for his prompt communication and helpfulness throughout this process! I was very hesitant to buy a puppy online but he was so thorough and eased my fears. I was not satisfied with the breeder for failing to provide any updates or pictures/videos during the 11 day wait for her arrival. When you pay that much money for a pup and are already hesitant about the process, it's not a great feeling. Nonetheless, we're thankful for the Pawrade team and especially Corbin for getting our sweet girl here in a safe and timely manner!

We had a scheduled meet up for 9am. We got a hotel right next to the meeting spot. Being excited for the new pup we arrived early. I'm sure this is normal because they arrived early as well. They even offered to take the photo we have to take for confirmation. Quick, easy and safe feeling exchange!

Really pleased with the puppy itself and all the instruction given, however, really disappointed in the process an workibg with me and setting expectations. I was told it takes at minimum 2 weeks from when I purchase the puppy to receive her and it took a total of 5 days which resulted in me having pay huge fees to overnight food, toys, crate, dog supplies, etc which was very stressful as someone who's used this service for the first time. No one was willing to work with me to push out the date a week.

Delivery was smooth, drivers were nice; app was helpful in tracking. However my puppy had a large Scab that was on the inside of his right ear. Per vet it was acquired prior and was already in the healing process - but this was not mentioned to me, so I had to get ointment from the veterinarian to place on the wound.

Purchasing a puppy through Pawrade was great! Ended up choosing a puppy from Missouri and they facilitated shipping him to Colorado. They made all of the arrangements and the puppy arrived at Denver International Airport clean and healthy and as happy as a puppy could be after all that travel. We were a bit nervous that he would arrive really stressed out, scared, etc. but he seemed fine. His crate was clean and he had food & water. He passed his initial vet check with flying colors and is settling in well at his new home. The Pawrade representatives were responsive in getting all of our questions answered as we were deciding whether or not to purchase the puppy....they got extra pictures & videos for us. They handled all of the travel arrangements, all we had to do was show up to pick him up. They provided lots of information so that we were totally ready for his arrival. Would definitely buy with Pawrade again!
