I wrote a long review and when I submitted it it said error. My entire experience with Pawrade was fantastic! Staring with Janell's kindness and guidance. She was unbelievably helpful and made me know that choosing Pawrade was the absolute right decision. Between Monica and Renee they got me so prepared for Howard it set my mind at ease. I kept saying to my husband "this is unbelievable, I cannot believe how helpful every one is. Janell got me on my way and Monica and Renee made sure the transition was smooth. I have told everyone about my experience of getting my little guy. I felt as if you all were as happy for me as I was. I could never thank you enough!! Only suggestion is that when someone is traveling to get a pup the breeder give him a bath. Howard had poop on his feet and in his fur. He smelled so bad we stopped at the next exit to bathe him. He smelled horrible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this perfect puppy.

We love our Opal, now Olive. We found the process a bit daunting; so many different people to deal with. I still don't know if we've satisfied all the paperwork. Still haven't gotten the policy # from MetLife. I am surprised at the things Olive can't/won't do: 1) going outside to the bathroom, a real disappointment; 2) cooperating with a collar & leash or a harness & leash; 3) leaving the house at all. We seem to be starting at the very beginning with a 9-month-old BIG puppy.

The entire process was very thurough and well done! We were contacted multiple times by Pawrade staff to keep; us informed on the status of our puppy and what we should exect over the ensuing days. All was done professionaly and with kindness. Wel done Pawrade!

I have a very cute puppy from a very good breeder and worked with very polite people at Pawrade. On the down side, the web site glitches and loops at the worst times, you pay before they start adding requirements, and they adhere to legal guidance over bet guidance on puppy health issues. I paid on the 14th, and they only ship on 8th, 18th or 28th and in my case 28th—so 2.5 weeks to get my dog. I just used an external resource. Communication has to go through the web site so it is clunky and slow. I would recommend they also post pictures of the pups parents as there is no reason they can't. If they update their web site, become less draconian on ship dates and the like I might use them again. If not, then I wouldn't.

Got our puppy happy and healthy! It took about a month start to finish to get her home. The customer service was very good and there was always someone I could ask if I had a question. They also sent photos and a video when it took 1 week longer than expected for her to arrive. We would get a dog through this service again. --It's not really related to the service, but Tapioca is a great dog already! She's a quick learner and we're having so much fun with her :)

Your team was great. Starting with TJ and ending with Morgan. Kept us informed, even though we couldn't wait to have Justin join our family. We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Pawrade. Once we picked our pup, it was smooth sailing after that. Devlyn even set up a facetime with us & the breeder so we could meet our girl in the first couple of days! Kayce stayed in direct communication with us throughout the entire process & helped us understand each step. Kayce sent us pictures when we were feeling a little impatient about her getting here. We were so grateful & it helped the time to pass!! Her travel companion kept us updated with pictures as she made her way here as well! We are so incredibly happy with our entire experience start to finish.

We just welcomed Archie ( Bernedoole) to our family and he is amazing! The process was so easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Our puppy was healthy and his breeding family was super sweet and had all of his shot records and papers that came with him. Nothing short of a great experience!

We received Gardenia (now named Meeka) after some health issues in the kennel that delayed our trip to pick her up, however they were all resolved and we were kept in the loop *great communication* and we were able to work with the breeder on the issues directly. This made things a lot easier. I recommend if you are getting a puppy that will need to travel via air freight (we had originally taken off work to go get her from the breeder); you should locate a dog grooming/washing facility nearby and have an appointment set up, as while the travel is indeed fast, in our case she arrived covered in poo, as she must have had anxiety during the flight (poor thing) and we had another 2 hour drive from the airport to the house...
