Ill start with the positive that I had which was the people I spoke with on the phone that communicated between myself and the breeder were helpful. Outside of that I was livid to find out that the moment after I purchased my pup I was informed that she had surgery to repair a hernia TWO WEEKS prior that was not disclosed to me and the way that I was informed was by sending me a "Pre-Existing Condition Form". The blame was immediately passed to the breeder, which in reality it doesn't matter. When I spoke to the liaison on the phone, they noted that a manager was informed about the situation although I never heard from any supervisor or management. Talking to travel department was not ideal, I never heard from them when trying to work out the travel details, I had to ask for them to reach out to me as I have to take time off of work to pick up the pup and needed time to do so. After I received my pup I never received the "Transfer of Ownership" document that was supposed to be sent
Response from Pawrade.com:
Adam, we are disappointed you have left a 1-star review while not portraying the full details of the situation. When we learned the puppy had a small hernia repaired, we called you to inform you and gave you the option to choose another puppy or keep Isla. You requested a photo of the hernia repair which was provided and after seeing the small incision, you were happy to move forward with Isla. We pride ourselves on being honest and disclosing all prior medical conditions. We wish you and Isla the best and we are delighted to know she is happy & healthy!
