The process in getting our new dog was very easy and communication was great. My biggest concern was where was my dog bred, lack of information about parents (names, pictures, what is their history) How many puppies were in litter, did parents have genetic testing prior to breeding. What are the conditions that my dog lived for the first 3 months of life? The 72 hour vet check showed that the umbilical hernia that my dog has, in the opinion of the vet, is congenital. Susan and Levi ( who were so very nice!!)said that their vet said it was a fatty mass. My vet said that I have to really watch it because it's on the larger size. Does Pawrade actually meet with the breeders? It states "no puppymills" but what proof of that do you offer and how do you know? That was the reason for my 3 star rating. Nothing to do with the process but more the vetting of the breeders and the puppies.

Pawrade introduced us to Eli, the world's sweetest bernedoodle that has settled in very nicely at his new home with us. My kids love him! The reps at pawrade were all friendly and matched my excitement for Eli. The process was pretty painless and the only reason I take away a star is because the delivery listed as "Pampered Delivery" is a bit inaccurate. Eli first went to the wrong address, and when he arrived he was in a small kennel covered in wood chips. "Pampered" is not what I would use to describe that, but nonetheless he made it here safe and sound and is an absolute delight for our family

Overall it took much longer than we anticipated. Over 4 weeks from when we paid. The puppy had health issues. In my opinion a puppy shouldn't be listed if it is not cleared of worms or any other issues. We purposely set time aside to spend with our puppy and that was wasted. When we asked about getting a different puppy we were told no. Last our puppy arrived at 4am covered in urine. Paying over $700 for puppy transport sorry but we expect better than that. Thankfully our puppy is amazing. Lower your expectations on timelines and delivery. It was very frustrating for us.

I just got back home today and Billy is just as his description said. We had a problem with the delivery of the puppy and or the communication about the delivery. We requested and was told by a few emails that the puppy would be delivered on that day. Driving to the airport at night to Newark NJ not the best area. We arrived at the time we weee told and no puppy, no one knew where she was and no one answered the phone to Pawrade when called at 10pm. After calling American Airlines only then did we find out she was coming the following day at the same time. The next day we were called about the problem and they were very apologetic but but that was after a ride to the airport for nothing….. we weren't happy!

The process was much easier than I made it. But with a little help, and a lot of patience from the staff at Pawrade, I was able to get the exact puppy my family wanted and quickly. The financing that included a 90 day same as cash meant that we could get the puppy sooner than we would have and it won't cost us any extra, plus the puppy was less than the prices close by. He's healthy and now, after two days, he's happy and playful.

Ill start with the positive that I had which was the people I spoke with on the phone that communicated between myself and the breeder were helpful. Outside of that I was livid to find out that the moment after I purchased my pup I was informed that she had surgery to repair a hernia TWO WEEKS prior that was not disclosed to me and the way that I was informed was by sending me a "Pre-Existing Condition Form". The blame was immediately passed to the breeder, which in reality it doesn't matter. When I spoke to the liaison on the phone, they noted that a manager was informed about the situation although I never heard from any supervisor or management. Talking to travel department was not ideal, I never heard from them when trying to work out the travel details, I had to ask for them to reach out to me as I have to take time off of work to pick up the pup and needed time to do so. After I received my pup I never received the "Transfer of Ownership" document that was supposed to be sent

When we learned the puppy had a small hernia repaired, we called you to inform you and gave you the option to choose another puppy or keep Isla. You requested a photo of the hernia repair which was provided and after seeing the small incision, you were happy to move forward with Isla. We pride ourselves on being honest and disclosing all prior medical conditions. We wish you and Isla the best and we are delighted to know she is happy & healthy!

We couldn't be happier with our Pawrade experience! Everything from first reaching out, to having Zoom sessions setup with different breeders in order to "meet" the puppies, to finally receiving our little guy was amazing. We're so excited to see our kids grow up with the newest addition to the family!

In the beginning everything was great. We were able to track the puppy nanny and see when they were coming. We were given food that was being used for him to eat but when we ran out of the food in the ziplock we found out the food given to us (iVet) was not the same food and we were not able to transposition him to the iVet and he had diarrhea the next day. We did a puppy wellness check to make sure Rocco (Odin) was doing well the next day which we found out that her wasn't chipped. We notified pawrade and was given the number of the breeder to find out what was going on. The person from pawrade said they texted and called the breeder to find out what happened but never heard back and that's when the number was given to me. Then the next day the breeder called and said that Odin was chipped and that it might have fallen out on the 3 day road trip to us. I then emailed support to find out if I was supposed to do. This will be resolved next week

Our puppy arrived happy and healthy. He is adorable and fitting right into our family so well. We just love him. I would say the whole experience with Pawrade went well and communication was pretty quick when I had questions.

I have to say I my experience with Pawrade was exceptional. I contacted them about Thor, (ours now) Bernedooble puppy. Beth contacted me right away, she was very helpful and reassuring, she set up a Zoom meeting that day with the breeder. I was able to see by puppy and speak to the breeder directly. If that had not happened I wouldn't have this fur baby today. She stayed in communication with me as well as got Morgan to connect with me and kept me updated on Thor's travel status. I received lots of information, health insurance. I received daily text messages with updates, paper work, etc. There was lots of contact during the process. I would highly recommend Pawrade. We picked up our fur baby yesterday, he's a wonderful! We are thankful to Pawrade for connecting us with James (breeder) and Thor.

The puppy arrived safely and she is gorgeous and healthy. I am unhappy that I never got an ETA and had to miss an important event that I actually could have attended if I had known approximately when they would arrive. Also I think the puppy should have been flown and not driven. She was with 16 other puppies over four days. I believe the puppies never touched the ground and pottied in their crates the whole time. She arrived very smelly and stressed. Next time I buy a puppy it will be from a local breeder. I will say the breeder was very thoughtful and sent a new bag of food and a tube of nutracal, also a leash and collar (thank you 😌). Communication from the concierge was spotty - I had to ask when she was leaving Missouri and what kind of dog food she was on. Those are vital points for the customer.

They are great on sales part, not so great on operational. Took a month to get the puppy, even though it said she'd be available in 10 days after the purchase. Replying was slow and impersonal, copy paste stuff. Puppy is great, we love her regardless, she's the most beautiful and happiest pup.

Duke arrived on time and handled the ride home to Spotsylvania from Reagan very well. We are extremely appreciative of the time and care the entire staff devoted to helping us. Transfer was so smooth. They answered all our questions when they dropped our pup off and made sure we had her food and updated us on her last potty break.
