What a joy. Full of energy and curiosity. Potty training is still ahead but I'm sure she will eventually get it.

Pawrade has a well defined & clear process from selecting a puppy to delivering the puppy to your front door. They also were very available for questions and clearly communicated expectations all along the way.
We are so happy with Bella Rosa. She's a bundle of love and joy. Lots of happiness for us. We are very satisfied with Pawrade. Excellent service. When the time would arise, I definitely would go through Pawrade again!

Charlie (Ruthie) is doing OK, but still not quite "at home". She is having regular times to go outside and urinate, also to eat. She has still investigating the area. Charlie often doesn't want to go put for a walk., but is very comfortable to be in pour presence. Thank you for giving us such an adorable puppy. Marion O'Connell

Fujisan aka Davey had a long trip from Missouri. We found him to be very smart, picking up fetching, sitting directions very easily. We lost a Bichon recently, who was very shy originallly. Fuji took the long trip surprisingly well. We are on our way to his first puppy exam today. The only bump in the road, were his long claws. He broke a nail in the left back foot, and had to be taken to the emergency pet hospital. Other than that, he is a busy very enjoyable puppy.

I was initially apprehensive adopting online & having all monies paid upfront with personal info submitted too BUT the teamwork's process has eased my fears and has proven to be perfection! My puppy came home with Pavo. I have spent $1600 already for her to get better. We are praying that she comes home and I'm really sad that Paul Ray is all about selling the puppies, but they are not about taking care of the puppies.

After a very bumpy start and some pictures that don't look anything like the puppy we received, it's over! I am grateful to have our new puppy. I am grateful that the option to find a puppy was there for me. I am now grateful that the process is over!

Process was smooth and puppy came to us healthy. Overall happy with the process. One confusing part is too many information venues- email, text link to communication site, and text messages to puppy concierge - many same information in email and communication site and Pawrade website. Very difficult to find necessary information quickly. In addition, Occasional slow response or no response was not appropriated.
From the first to last step was planned and executed just as planned! The entire that we communicated with was informed and had extremely good communication and the personalities of each individual we spoke with gave us a stressless and seamless experience in acquiring our new family member. What made it even better was they helped make the transition after losing our loving little Zoey after 17 years. Thanks and Great Job Jamie & Joann
All went so well. The only thing I wish could be different would be to get papers with all important information especially when trying to set up a veterinarian especially when setting up first appointment. Beside that I found every person I dealt wit to be very good at what they did. I will highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who has interest in attaining a dog.

Carli Rivera is the best. she was so good at answering questions and follow up. my dog came all the way from Missouri to Orlando and the transportation company was kind and i got to track entire thing. It was smooth process and dog is happy and healthy. talked to breeder too who is lovely and said call anytime w questions. Highly Recommend. Would request Express Puppies for transport. Owner soooo nice and drivers.
