The service was great and staff answer all my questions. Alex, our new Boxer pup is funny, smart and lovable. He bounded right away with family, including the cat. I will reach out to them again when I'm ready to purchase another pup. I have already recommended Pawrade to my brother.

Great experience
Wonderful experience and got the best puppy(Della) that I have ever had. She is beautiful, healthy, intelligent, and extremely active. Everyone that was involved was the best! Couldn’t be more grateful and happy with everyone helping me get Della. Thank you!!

From start to finish it went rather smooth! The only thing that I wish was different is that they disclosed some important information that may have been not a big deal to some, but it would have been helpful to know. Removal of dew claws was not done. Other than that, she's really happy here ☺️

I would like to thank everyone at Pawrade for all the help that was given to me when I got my new pup Rex(formerly known as Elton). He has been here 2 days and is a great joy to have in our family. I also want to thank Tyler for getting him safely to us. If I ever decided to get Rex a brother, I definitely would go thru Pawrade again. Thank you for my wonderful new baby.

pawrade wS wonderful. Kept us informed, helped to arrange a video call with breeder where we were able to see the puppy before commitment. Fury trails were also great with delivery to our home. puppy arrived calm and playful. We love our new addition to our family!

Communication was excellent. Someone was around 24/7 for any questions. The check off packet was a great help too. Everything was planned in a timely manner & the Andrew & Garett were the best!! Thank you for Melina now “Izabella”, Izzy for short. She’s the best!!

This was the best time of our lives, everyone that helped us from day 1 in getting our Boxer choosing her and all the way to delivery of her to us was so smooth everyone was a gem to work with. Our baby is wonderful and all shots for her age were given to her before transport just like they said our vet said she is in good health and she said she is adorable but we knew that when we picked her lol. She has adjusted so fast , we love our new baby girl. She is happy and has made us laugh so much it's a joy to have her and our 2 yr baby Yorkie loves having a play mate. God Bless You All for all your help and please tell our breeder she has done a wonderful job with Marigold AKA Callie Hope. We r so grateful we found you ,anyone who is looking for a puppy should reach out to you the best thing we ever did ❤️

I feel overall the service and follow up was good; but once you make the transaction you have a very limited amount of time to reverse it (3 days) and only 50% refund within 7 days. It literally takes more than that to get back test results. Our dog has been great and the communication with the Breeder was great after the purchase though.

It was very easy to use Pawrade. Overall, this was a quick and easy process to get a wonderful puppy. The puppy was exactly as advertised. He is well socialized and arrived one day early. We used the delivery service. Our driver's communication was consistent and accurate. They were very helpful!

From the first minute I contacted Pawrade throughout the adoption process, they were so helpful and professional. Before I contacted them I was concerned about the breeder of our puppy (I wanted to be sure I wasn't dealing with a puppy mill). from studying Pawrade s website I felt sure I was dealing with honest, caring people. They protected our family and our puppy. And now we're a family!
