A little bit of a conflicting review. I am thankful for the overall end result of finding a puppy through a site such as Pawrade. Initially in the beginning I thought it was a scam as we proceeded through the motions. At the time we found our pup and made the purchase, it was a day or two before Christmas Eve. My first initial contact was Michaela who was absolutely fantastic to work with. Once things were handed over to a puppy travel customer service, things went quiet. Mind you, this was during Christmas and New Years so when days went by and unable to make any contact, (even though the site says available daily) there was a lack of communication on their operating hours on that week in-between Christmas and New Years. During this time, (and when I could not reach my assigned customer service agent) I had to make several calls to reach someone to get information. In the end, super happy with our pup and the breeders are such wonderful people. A beautiful end result.

While I love my puppy. I feel I was mislead many times as far as getting the pup to health concerns and poor communication!!! Very unhappy with the process and now I have a puppy with health issues because you guys have a contract that’s deceiving so much for the warranty and guarantees

The experience with Pawrade has been great! They were easy to connect with and get all my questions & concerns answered. I was skeptical after reading some mixed reviews online, but so far, it’s been a very positive experience. Our puppy is happy, healthy, & perfect!! Pawrade has followed through on everything they communicated to us throughout the process, and took most of the stress out of finding a reputable breeder and puppy to join our family, within a reasonable amount of time. They make be process easy and convenient.

I have to be honest, I read a lot of negative reviews about Pawrade which made me worry the whole time we were waiting for our new Boxer puppy. I have to say it was worth the worry and not giving up on them. We picked up our precious little boxer baby girl and we couldn’t be happier!!! She is healthy and very happy and so are we!! Don’t always Believe what you read!!

We were very well informed during the process of bringing home our puppy. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. One suggestion is to have a portal with all documentation and a checklist that is automatically checked when you complete necessary documentation.
