Pongo seems to be fairly unhealthy. Eye infection and an intestinal virus of some sort. Treating systems with a local vet. Symptoms have been consistent since we picked him up.

Overall pretty happy. The paperwork and confirmations seems excessive and a bit redundant but I understand that you have everyone's best interest in mind. Delivery was a bit disjointed, I was watching the delivery progress closely in anticipation and it seemed that they were "sightseeing" a bit on the way here going in nonsensical directions without stopping anywhere. But in the end my new puppy is here and the most beautiful dog that ever existed.

This is our second pup thru Pawrade and we couldn’t be happier! The first time we used the Puppy Wagon (thru Pawrade) and this time, we picked the pup up ourselves. Our only complaint is that both pups tested positive for Giardia, the day we got em, which our vet says is common, and expected, in puppies but still a royal pain to treat and get to go away!!! We have recommended Pawrade to everyone!! ◡̈

You guys helped us through every step of the way you did as well you kept us pretty decently updated give her courteous and the boys that showed up with the dog this morning they were very nice kids young guys but they did their job and they did it well
I am still hoping that the dog is OK. It came to my house very thin, even though Veterinarian thought he was kind of thin. Hoping he’ll start getting a little healthier.

Some of concierge’s were great. Others dropped the ball on communication. The breeder was a nice person. But, his kennel and practices should be looked at. Brianna was filthy, has worm. Even though she was worm and pasted his vet visit. His signature is the vet. Our vet looked at all the paperwork I received from him. The was nothing that cleared her. She also has drooping lower eye lids that will need surgery when she is an adult. Estimated at $4,000 - $5,000 to get corrected. Not happy for her or us. Glad she isn’t there anymore. Boxers are not outside winter dogs with temps that are freezing. So we are not impressed.

the whole experience was a pleasure after i had just got scammed by another socalled breeder. pawrade was up front and right on the money with everything they did. i couldnt have been more pleased. the pup is just what i wanted and just what they advertised. would use them again. thank you...

The listing for our puppy was inaccurate with respect to multiple, very important factors. We have spent hundreds of dollars on vet appointments as a result. We have confirmation of multiple times Pawrade employees outright lied to us. They often blamed things on the breeder, while the breeder has shown us their communication with Pawrade showing the opposite. Destiny in particular was incredibly rude. The delivery of our puppy was chaotic, unexpected, and ended up costing us even more money in cancelled flights. While we love our puppy and can afford to make sure she is appropriately cared for, I would never consider using Pawrade again.

We are so grateful and blessed to have this wonderful new addition to our family. Isaiah is a very obedient, playful puppy. He brings everyone such joy.

Amazing job, it was a very good experience. They take care of the puppies and deliver them safe and sound. They used to make sure that every puppy is in good conditions before the travel, so don't be desperate because sometimes it takes time. Also Pawrade is always in contact with you to put yourself up-to-date with anything related to the puppies.

Overall very good experience. Some questions I asked got lost b/w people handling my file so I had to ask the same thing a couple times. Majority of answers were really fast. Ikers actual weight vs website was off by a lot 12 lbs vs the 8 lbs he is. Transport was great he arrived happy and in excellent condition! We love him and over all process was great!!

This is the first time we purchased a puppy online and the process was so easy. We had a big family event planned on the estimated day of our puppy's arrival and Pawrade was wonderful to work with to have her arrive sooner. Pawrade was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The transportation service was great! The only issue is that our puppy did have Giardia, but per the vet, this is very typical and was easy to treat. I would highly recommend Parade!
She is Absolutely!! The most Adorable!! And well adjusting puppy I have ever seen. She is most certainly adapting to her surroundings very easily and she's also getting along with our current fury family members. She is a Blessing!! Thank you!!
