Overall, the transaction was seamless. The only trouble I had was sending the photos of the transfer of ownership form and photo. I successfully uploaded the photos and comments, but the system said there was an error because the comments were insufficiently detailed.

I could not be happier than I am right now. My puppy arrived (as promised through consistent texts and phone calls) promptly at 7 am, clean, bright eyed and wagging his tail a mile a minute. The communication from my first inquiry until the delivery has been fantastic. The men who delivered him were friendly and excellent in keeping me posted during their journey. The breeder sent a very comprehensive folder of records and information. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, Pawrade!

The process for the most part was easy. I was fairly concerned when we needed to upload a photo of my ID on both sides AND the last 4 of my social security number. This was a really sketchy process. I understand you want to confirm identity, but I only need to include anything on my social security number with financial institutions. I think you need to re-think that process. Since this transaction, that included my phone number, I have literally started to get spam phone calls. I have not had spam phone calls ever with my phone in over 20 years. Maybe a fluke, but make sure you ask if anything you supply is shared ever. This would have been 5 stars without the sketchy ID process. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel we got is healthy, and an extreme joy! He has come home to a 2 year old Cavalier KCS, and a 16 year old mini-pin. He has immediately adapted!
They were great! I love how they really seem to care about the dogs the sell and they helped me through the process the entire way. They always responded to my questions almost immediately.

I have been following Pawrade since about November. We hadn't made the final decision about getting a new Cavalier King Charles puppy until early February when we saw Benjamin's (now Winston) profile come on their website. We were very impressed with Pawrades communication from our initial enquiry, too next placing the reserve and deposit and finally having Winston now in our home. He was driven to us in South Florida via Furry Trails delivery all the way from Ohio. He arrived in the arms of Jason one of our delivery drivers. A true dog lover and very kind to the little pups. Winston was happy and alert, not messy at all. All final instructions were easy and I would definitely use Pawrade again. Very happy with our brand new adorable puppy. We are naming him Kashmir. Everything went very smoothly better than I expected. He arrived here this morning at 10:30 safe and sound and happy. Has been kissing us and licking us and playing with us. I took some pictures of him and he is now sleeping on my husband's lap. Seems to be very happy and healthy. Same thank you so much to Pawrade and the transportation people for making this possible for us. We lost our dog of 11 years last December and just could not stand not having a dog in the house. We are very happy with our new little guy. 🐕♥️
