I couldn’t be more pleased with this process. Pawrade was in constant contact with me throughout and made sure everything went through without a hitch. Our new puppy arrived and immediately took right to us, like she knew she was coming home and couldn’t wait to cuddle. The first thing she did when she came inside the house was find a toy and take it directly to our cat. They were instant best friends! We’re sooo happy with our new addition.

I have had my puppy for 4+ days now and I am happy. Communication was very good. I do wish we could research the breeders before purchase but luckily after checking papers after arrival, I did get a good one so I am happy . I do hope Pawrade researches their breeders, but I am unsure. I went with my gut and my gut proved right. The company they used for tranport was very communicative and friendly. My puppy and I seemed very happy with them.

Pawrade was terrific. We identified the puppy we wanted from their website [after doing extensive research on the right breed of dog for our lifestyle]. Pawrade was in contact immediately. Pawrade was always quick to respond to our emails or phone calls. The process is time consuming, but the outcome was great. Meeting our puppy and picking him up at the breeder went smoothly. It is only five days in since picking up our puppy, but we could not be happier with the outcome and the Pawrade service.

Everything was wonderful with my experience. The only thing that should've been clarified was the fact that there were multiple stops on the way with the dog, so I was expecting her sooner and they needed to make multiple stops to drop other dogs off. Otherwise everything was amazing. The dog came and she was clean, and Happy. We love her so much already

From the first email and phone call, I could tell the customer service representatives were professionals. They responded quickly to every question I had and helped make the process of getting a new member of our family enjoyable. Circe (formerly Buttons) is the most precious baby and you can tell that the breeder took care of her and that she was loved. Getting the Puppy Guide was a help and all the instructions were communicated in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Pawrade!

Our little girls we received is amazing. She has adjusted to her home and is loving playing with her two sisters. The communication with Pawrade and the representative was fantastic. This is the second puppy we have purchased through Pawrade. All of the paperwork was completed, and confirmations were done right away. The only part was that I was not quite sure when she was going to be delivered as the driver forgot to contact me. We were able to get in touch and get everything figured out so I was home when she arrived.

Process was east and the transportation men were great! All the information we received stated our new pup had been eating Royal Canine food so we purchased ahead of time. When he arrived, we were told he was eating another branch. They sent a bag of his food which was helpful.
