Poor communications once the pup was paid for, do not respond to emails or voicemails. Violated the contract which was supposed provide a trial pet insurance. I will make sure I communicate on Facebook. You are a major rip off company that sets the buyer for failure with your ridiculous requirements. You will not post this as you post only what positively affects you.

We've used Pawrade twice now for both our cavaliers and each time has been a fast and easy process. The first time was 2 years ago and the second was just now with our newest puppy. Pawrade provided excellent customer support (both times) for any inquiries during the process. We had the same Puzzle Piece carrier personnel, Christien, who took very good care of them during their trips to us. We highly recommend Pawrade if you are looking!

Our puppy has constant diarrhea since she has arrived, to the point she has to wear a diaper because it just flows out of her. I have an appointment with the vet tomorrow. I would have an appointment sooner but yesterday was a holiday. Since we have received her, it has been miserable for me and the dog. If she was healthy before she left, as you state, to need to find another delivery service.

I recently purchased a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Pawrade. This is not my first purchase from them, Danny is my sixteenth Cavalier. I am retired and love being surrounded by these sweet pups. Each time I purchased one, the transaction went very smoothly. If I had questions, they were promptly answered. What is extremely important to me, is all the pups came to me well socialized. They had been exposed to other dogs and to children. The breeders provided health records which helped when I brought the pups to my vet for the first time. Also, the web site is easy to use and is supplied with great pictures of all the available pups. Definitely, try Pawrade if you are looking for a new canine friend.

When the driver pulled up in front of my home, he was holding Piper in his arms. I almost began to cry. She is so pretty. I did not expect her to be as adorable as she is turned out to be. Of course, she thinks my older dog, Noel, is her mama and she’s not very happy about it. But I think they will eventually get along! She is everything I have was expecting and more.

transportation was way too expensive and when the puppy arrived he was freezing and trembling and this led to it getting pneumonia.

2.5 days to deliver a puppy is terrible. I would feel better getting the pupply airplane. Our puppy looks like it did eat the whole trip. Skin and bones. Not sure why the name of our dog is different from the name in the papers?

I had a really good experience. The entire time the Pawrade team was kind and helpful, they made sure I had my questions responded and understood the entire process. I was a bit scared at first without having contact with the breeder, but once I got their contact they made me feel calmer and certainly I could tell they were also worried about the puppy's future and happiness. Everything went smoothly and the puppy adapted well, is perfect, sweet and healthy, and doing amazing in her new house.
