I have been following Pawrade since about November. We hadn't made the final decision about getting a new Cavalier King Charles puppy until early February when we saw Benjamin's (now Winston) profile come on their website. We were very impressed with Pawrades communication from our initial enquiry, too next placing the reserve and deposit and finally having Winston now in our home. He was driven to us in South Florida via Furry Trails delivery all the way from Ohio. He arrived in the arms of Jason one of our delivery drivers. A true dog lover and very kind to the little pups. Winston was happy and alert, not messy at all. All final instructions were easy and I would definitely use Pawrade again. Very happy new puppy owners - Winston is cuter than his pictures we love him already Thank you Joanne

Very happy with our brand new adorable puppy. We are naming him Kashmir. Everything went very smoothly better than I expected. He arrived here this morning at 10:30 safe and sound and happy. Has been kissing us and licking us and playing with us. I took some pictures of him and he is now sleeping on my husband's lap. Seems to be very happy and healthy. Same thank you so much to Pawrade and the transportation people for making this possible for us. We lost our dog of 11 years last December and just could not stand not having a dog in the house. We are very happy with our new little guy. 🐕♥️

My review is strictly on the Pawrade service, because now that we have finally received our puppy, she's great. I was NOT thrilled about the communication or lack thereof during this process. I originally chose the airpanion option as I thought it was the quickest and safest method to get our puppy from Michigan to Nevada. I paid for our puppy on the 10th of December, and at no point was I ever sent update photos or allowed to be in contact with the breeder directly. I asked several times for photos and was told I would get them. By the end of December when there was still NO clear date about delivery, I asked them to tell me my options and opted to switch to ground delivery. We missed out on a lot of time with our puppy because no one was clear with me about how air flights can basically be delayed indefinitely. The upside was, I was refunded for the difference for the travel and the puppy was delivered very quickly by the delivery service and she was clean and happy when she got here

Everyone we dealt with was very nice. We were however disappointed to find out our puppy (who went to Vet the next day) has a parasite which we have to get medication for because she has diarrhea.
