We love our puppy. However, he came to us already sick with a Giardia infection. We are treating him, but he is a sick puppy and we are dealing with sanitizing everything we set up for him to feel at home. How wasn’t that detected before having him delivered to us?

Just got my beautiful King Charles Cavalier. She arrived at 1:30 am in the morning. They deliver 24 hours a day. My puppy came all the way from Indiana . The process was easy. It's a lot but worth it to get a quality pet.

My puppy, Wrigley, arrived on time. He was in excellent shape and has been feeling comfortable in my home. The transporters were wonderful. They kept me up to date. Their texts were hilarious. Overall, the transaction was seamless. The only trouble I had was sending the photos of the transfer of ownership form and photo. I successfully uploaded the photos and comments, but the system said there was an error because the comments were insufficiently detailed.

I could not be happier than I am right now. My puppy arrived (as promised through consistent texts and phone calls) promptly at 7 am, clean, bright eyed and wagging his tail a mile a minute. The communication from my first inquiry until the delivery has been fantastic. The men who delivered him were friendly and excellent in keeping me posted during their journey. The breeder sent a very comprehensive folder of records and information. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, Pawrade!

The process for the most part was easy. I was fairly concerned when we needed to upload a photo of my ID on both sides AND the last 4 of my social security number. This was a really sketchy process. I understand you want to confirm identity, but I only need to include anything on my social security number with financial institutions. I think you need to re-think that process. Since this transaction, that included my phone number, I have literally started to get spam phone calls. I have not had spam phone calls ever with my phone in over 20 years. Maybe a fluke, but make sure you ask if anything you supply is shared ever. This would have been 5 stars without the sketchy ID process. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel we got is healthy, and an extreme joy! He has come home to a 2 year old Cavalier KCS, and a 16 year old mini-pin. He has immediately adapted!
They were great! I love how they really seem to care about the dogs the sell and they helped me through the process the entire way. They always responded to my questions almost immediately.
Very informative every step of the way. All professional and very pleased with all services and delivery. Great job. I love Pawrade!
