Everything went very smoothly during the acquisition of my new Cavalier King Charles puppy, Hank. All of my questions were answered promptly and I was kept informed about Hank's travel arrangements and expected arrival date. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to purchase a purebred puppy.

Although some of the individuals we were in contact with were very pleasant, I found it very hard to get information after the payment transaction was made. In addition, there was gray area verbiage in the contract about flight of the pet which resulted in us flying to pick up the pet ourselves and be charged $100 more fee to cancel the transportation transaction when it was unsafe to transport an animal in low temperature conditions. The risk also not being able to receive the pet timely if weather continued to deteriorate (which it did). Poor customer service reply times after several calls and emails. Once you reached someone, they were very nice though. The puppy paperwork did not reference the same name and it caused the vet confusion as well. We are enjoying our new family member , but probably would not purchase here again. Very best regards.

Ridiculous amount of paperwork with redundant communications and no method to print signed documents. Too many people contacting us that added identical and misleading information. Horrible coordination to get the puppy which was misleading and cost us reservation rebooking . Fantastic CKCS tricolor.

The process was a bit anxiety provoking because you have the customer pay first. Then the customer experiences a string of contacts from a variety of virtual people. It actually made me wonder whether or not I had been scammed. The best thing for a scam web site to say is that they ensure no scams. Also, I didn't really know or have any relationship with folks. I also got my puppy close the Thanksgiving holiday which likely made it more confusion for your folks. Tony was great. Kelli was excellent. The others on my case sort of showed up and disappeared. Also, having limited visibility in to the breeder (nobody would share their location or contact info) made me uncomfortable. Also, I'm sure that this happens, but my puppy was diagnosed with Giardia the day after I picked him up. He's doing great but it's certainly not how you want to start with your new pal. Finally, I had decided to name my puppy Finnegan. Your organization continues to call him Rubble.

My full review is on Trustpilot. They have hardly any communication whether phone or email. They charged $749 for pampered ground which turned out to be my pup in a cage with hamster shavings in a minivan with another cage with cats. The "pampered ground" also took her from Colorado, to Texas, Georgia, Florida, Ohio and then to Massachusetts. So after 5 days in a cage she wouldn't walk when she was delivered. Also, delivery came at 10 pm on a Thursday that I had asked them not to do and when the minivan showed, they didn't check ID. They handed me my pup, paperwork, took a picture and left. The vaccines were also not up to date. Anyone who'd keep a puppy in a cage for 5 days doesn't care about animals. Find a more reputable company.

Whole process was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I live in NY and puppy was in Michigan, and I opted for Pampered Ground Delivery with all of flight delays and cancellations. Great choice - wonderful choice for me and for puppy Pippa. She arrived awake, alert, ready to move right in. Can't say enough about this whole experience with all contacts. Thank you all!

The process was a little frustrating for me, first I was quoted the wrong amount for travel but we all make mistakes. Communication about Travel was a little lacking in my opinion but this is my first time so that may just be the nature of the business. While in transit there were numerous mistakes with time estimates but our drive was very nice, communicated everything and our new pup made it to us safely and that's what counts. Overall we are very happy and we are all settling in nicely, I would definitely do it all over again.

I've been really looking forward to leaving this review. I wasn't sure which direction it was going to go as I have never purchased a live animal from a website or using a transport service. I think the most important thing I can say to anyone who would be considering using Pawrade is to make sure and read all the information Pawrade provided. The company does a fantastic job of explaining the process, which can be quite lengthy, but it is for the best interest of the puppy. Once I knew and understood that this was not going to be a quick process I was OK with it and knew what to expect each step of process. My puppy Daisy arrived healthy happy and playful. I was very nervous because I was one of the last stops and it took four days for her to arrive. Pawrade indicated that it could take 2-4 days so this timeframe was acceptable. I was preparing for the worst. But that was not the case. Daisy was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Pawrade and would use them again
