Charles is a very good puppy and we could not be more happy with him. He has brought great energy and excitement to our home. He is adjusting very well to his new home. Everything is new to him so he acts with caution, but he is learning every minute. The process was very easy with contacts via text or phone call. Uploading the vet information and pictures was also quite easy. Thank you for having the option to pick up the puppy from the breeder. I do have a couple of communication issues that did come up. Pawrade indicated that he was 19 weeks old (which is correct) and 12 pounds. Charles weights 23.6 pounds, not 12 pounds like the website suggests. I also then would question the validity of Charles's parent's weights noted at 14 and 15 pounds. We drove 1200 miles to get him and he was twice the size. This could be a problem for some people. Additionally, Pawrade told me he eats Puppy Chow. He eats Nutra per the breeder. Had to make a stop to get Nutra on the way home.

Opal is wonderful. I was a bit disturbed by the cost of the travel and then the lack of interest in our home by the Nanny. I got the impression that person was charged with protecting and assuring safety. He got her her safely but was in a juge rush to leave, never looking at the home or property. n Other wise I had a very good experience.

From the time I laid my eyes on Hendrix, I knew he was meant to be. From the start to delivery of my puppy it all went smoothly. I hadn't had a dog in many years . Pawrade kept me up to date on him and told me step by step on what was expected of me once he arrived in my home. Glad that the worksheet was available to check everything off , from a vet visit to how often to feed your puppy. They check up on you to see how your settling in with your new fur baby and if you have any questions. Everyone has been so helpful. Thank you to all especially the breeder Karen Miller❤️

Emmy (formerly Downey) is a bundle of joy. The process of getting him was really easy, and the delivery was very fast. One thing I do have to complain is that sometimes the representatives don't reply or refer me to professionals regarding medical questions. Additionally, Emmy was severely underweight. On the posting he was said to be 10 lbs, but when I took him to the vet, he was only 6.4 lbs, and traveling for a day shouldn't make him lose almost 3 lbs, which is a concern to me. Other than those, I'm very happy with my puppy.

Just have to say that Renee was absolutely awesome. From the very beginning and even until after we picked up our new King Charles. Only thing that would of made this a 5 star is would be for pawrade to have more information about their breeders etc. Seems like a lot of things can slip by... Plus I think it would save a lot of time and hassell for burning questions from the buyers in helping them make the best decision. Overall though...we are extremely happy and look forward to many years with our pup.

Pawrade is a great service but because of high demand the pampered delivery was not so pampered. My puppy shared a crate with another puppy. I hope this will be OK.

Sara in sales was outstanding! She helped me through every stage except delivery. She was so competent and personable and eager to help, I always turned to her for questions or problems and she always found a way to solve my issues. She is a winner! I consider her a friend who truly wanted my best. The delivery process was quite exasperating. I want list all the details In general, lack of communication and not keeping me abreast of specific plans for the delivery. Overall, when my adorable Chachi was finally delivered to my door. It was love at first sight.

Awesome experience! We welcomed home our new family member after a thorough, easy, convenient experience. I appreciated the amazing customer service, too. I decided to look for a puppy when our long time family dog passed away. I stumbled upon Pawrade and read through all the reviews and decided to find my family's new fur-ever fur baby from here. I was skeptical at first because I have never adopted a dog online and I didn't want to get scammed, but Pawrade is the real deal. I am so glad that I went with Pawrade! The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. Customer Service was very communicative and answered all my questions. Pet Transport was also phenomenal and updated me the whole time. You guys did great. There was a failure to mention that the dog we got had surgery for a hernia before we got him. Our vet visit revealed that after we asked about a scar on his tummy. He also has a cough that is being treated with antibiotics. I did not receive any AKC paperwork as was mentioned and I don't have any history on the health of his parents...
