My full review is on Trustpilot. They have hardly any communication whether phone or email. They charged $749 for pampered ground which turned out to be my pup in a cage with hamster shavings in a minivan with another cage with cats. The "pampered ground" also took her from Colorado, to Texas, Georgia, Florida, Ohio and then to Massachusetts. So after 5 days in a cage she wouldn't walk when she was delivered. Also, delivery came at 10 pm on a Thursday that I had asked them not to do and when the minivan showed, they didn't check ID. They handed me my pup, paperwork, took a picture and left. The vaccines were also not up to date. Anyone who'd keep a puppy in a cage for 5 days doesn't care about animals. Find a more reputable company.

Whole process was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I live in NY and puppy was in Michigan, and I opted for Pampered Ground Delivery with all of flight delays and cancellations. Great choice - wonderful choice for me and for puppy Pippa. She arrived awake, alert, ready to move right in. Can't say enough about this whole experience with all contacts. Thank you all!

The process was a little frustrating for me, first I was quoted the wrong amount for travel but we all make mistakes. Communication about Travel was a little lacking in my opinion but this is my first time so that may just be the nature of the business. While in transit there were numerous mistakes with time estimates but our drive was very nice, communicated everything and our new pup made it to us safely and that's what counts. Overall we are very happy and we are all settling in nicely, I would definitely do it all over again.

I've been really looking forward to leaving this review. I wasn't sure which direction it was going to go as I have never purchased a live animal from a website or using a transport service. I think the most important thing I can say to anyone who would be considering using Pawrade is to make sure and read all the information Pawrade provided. The company does a fantastic job of explaining the process, which can be quite lengthy, but it is for the best interest of the puppy. Once I knew and understood that this was not going to be a quick process I was OK with it and knew what to expect each step of process. My puppy Daisy arrived healthy happy and playful. I was very nervous because I was one of the last stops and it took four days for her to arrive. Pawrade indicated that it could take 2-4 days so this timeframe was acceptable. I was preparing for the worst. But that was not the case. Daisy was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Pawrade and would use them again

As far as the process,to obtain the dog. It was quite efficient. Dog arrived as promised..at 5am! Food that the dog was to have regularly eaten dog would not eat it. In taking dog to my vet. She was undernourished with a loose baby tooth While she came from Missouri. Her vet check came from Arizona????? The staff,themselves have done a great job...following info from breeder. Thank you

Lucas is amazing: healthy, happy and beautiful. The support team was great. Communications with the breeder were poor and Lucas' info on the website had minor errors. I was unable to activate the three year health guarantee because local veterinarians had no available appointments for a wellness visit within the 72 hour timeslot required.

We are so pleased with Finley, a 9-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I really didn't want a young puppy and was so glad to find him, but I was very anxious about buying a puppy online. It just seemed like there were too many things that could go wrong. Tony from Pawrade and Lara were both very easy to communicate with. They got answers to all my questions. Tony arranged for me to meet Finley via a Zoom call. Seeing him made all the difference. Finley was 10 hours away and I was concerned about him traveling so far. He arrived at the scheduled time and didn't show any sign of stress from the trip. It only took one day to figure out that Finley has been well cared for. I got a record of all of his vaccinations and we are scheduled for a visit with my vet to confirm there are no health concerns. I don't anticipate any problem. He's been with us less than 3 days, but already he is eating well, full of energy. he seems to be so happy and well adjusted Love him.

The flight arrived a few minutes early. The nanny (Doug) was great. He sat down and explained everything while my daughter cuddled our new puppy. The puppy is very sweet and is adjusting quite nicely to her new home.
