We are in love with our amazing puppy. He is the cutest, sweetest pup we could ever wish for. We are first time pup owners and were anxious during the entire adoption process. We really wish the communication had been better- it would have made us feel a lot better about things. At times it would take days to hear back and I had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer my questions or respond. In the end, we waited extra long for our pup to come to us because no one bothered to check in with the breeder on the day of the vet visit. Instead we were told the pup would be coming on a Monday or Tuesday, then definitely Tuesday, and then I had to bring it to the travel liaison's attention that the flight she told me he was on didn't actually exist on that day. The process was unnecessarily terrible. I did talk to some wonderfully informative and caring people at your company and I wish we had them on our account. It would've made the experience way better.

I would love to give parade 65 stars, but originally our puppy we purchased had already been purchased by another family and the breeder neglected to take her off the website. Of course, our family was devastated when they found out the puppy we'd been deliberating over to finally purchase, was gone. However, pawarde went above and beyond to make it right and to help us find another puppy with similar features to the one that we lost. The rest went smoothly and we had our new puppy in our arms in about a week! She was happy and healthy when she arrived.

All went well. The flight to Palm Springs thank goodness had no problems & our puppy didn't seem affected negatively by the long travel day. He's now 10 weeks old, thriving, growing, very curious, loving & all around fun. The transaction with Pawrade went smoothly & we liked that we could do a video call & see the puppy before getting him.

Puppy arrived with large tick on leg and a few other bites in same area. Negotiated a price and still haven't received response to when I will receive funds. Foolishly paid advertized price because no one would respond and didn't want to lose Puppy after telling daughter.

Love our Cavapoo Marianna (new name is Maxine) and communications were great-however, at the vet appointment I was told he has Kennel cough and Giardia. I know it is common but was hoping that she was taken care of well enough to not have either illness. She was more expensive than many others also-so I had high expectations.

We received our pup!!! There was a delay on the flight, which we were unaware of and the system did not give me an update. Luckily we spoke to airline agent and they confirmed that our pup was coming in on a later flight. In regards to our pup, we were disappointed with his care upon arrival. His legs and chest were matted and he had not been brushed out in awhile. Also noticed hair was some what clumped and dirty, he also smelled. Took him a bath immediately upon arrival at home and was amazed at how much dirt came of from him. We recently bought another pup through a different company and the dog came to us clean and well groomed, nothing in comparison to our new pup. I would suggest that this needs to be addressed on your end and somehow be something that gets evaluated prior to sending a pup home. The pup is in good hands and will be better maintained. Very disappointed on this part from your company.

This is an amazing company to work with. From day one of finding the puppy that we wanted up to the day we brought our puppy home, they were amazing!! They were there every step of the way. The puppy reached extremely sick with Kennel Cough, a viral and a bacterial ear infection and ear mytes. He was NOT fully vaccinated even though they had promised to send him up to date with his vaccinations. Horrible Service, would never buy from here again

So happy with our fantastic puppy! We have looked for quite awhile and Tony was great to help us along the way. I feel that his breeders did a wonderful job with him (getting him ready for his forever home) as he is very well socialized and is not scared of anything really (in the household). Although , we do think he is so smart and perfect, it may not have taken much, lol! We love him and are so happy to have him as part of our family! Our nanniepanion did a wonderful job getting him to us.

Only one problem. When I arrived to pick her up the name on the air bill was not mine. The air bill number had someone else's name and I had a difficult time convincing American Airlines to release her to me. Luckily the paperwork that was attached to her crate did have my name on it so they agreed to let me take her home. Besides that you were a great company to work with. Great communication, primp call backs, nice caring people. I would refer you to anyone looking for a puppy.

The only suggestion I would make is that the breeder give more detailed information on the puppy's likes, dislikes, sleep arrangements, etc. to give the new owners ideas on how to make the transition easier on the puppy. We had a positive experience with Pawrade. The puppy arrived early hours with all her veterinary clearance, vaccination and rabies documents in order, and has settled in well. Communication has been faultless—lots of information on what to do and expect. There is a fair amount for new owners to read and do, however, Pawrade reciprocates by answering any questions promptly. One star lower as communication amongst the parties could be improved. Due to the delay after a trace of Coccidea, I requested updated photos and received more of the advertising pictures. Peeved that it was passed off as updated when not. I did eventually get some after pressing for a day. My biggest concern was the Furry Trails demanded a $400 payment on delivery. I had asked Pawrade to clarify if I needed to pay more and they replied no. Pawrade said they contacted the delivery person, however, I had an unpleasant conversation at 2:30am refusing to pay. Somewhat suspicious so be aware.
