I chose and purchased a FEMALE -as posted described in your site. The description said “Female. She prances like the little princess that she is.” The dog I received is the dog I chose, but “she” is a MALE. All communication with the concierge and the transport company was excellent. Purchasing a dog that’s described as a female online and then finding out that the dog in person is really a male is not acceptable.

I was sold a puppy that was advertised as having a “small cough,” but she arrived seriously ill and required immediate medical treatment. Even the transport team couldn’t believe she had been cleared to travel. The company ignored the severity of the situation, pushed everything onto insurance, and took zero responsibility for misrepresenting her condition. This experience caused stress, unexpected vet bills, and fear that our new puppy might not survive her first day home. I would never trust this company again.

I think some of their requirements and restrictions are a bit extreme. I have been a dedicated dog mom for almost 20 years. We would do anything for our dogs and being told exactly the steps we have to take is a bit extreme as we trust our vet family explicitly. That all being said, the process itself was incredibly smooth. Our puppy is perfect, the handoff went extremely well. I have been staying in contact with the breeder and sending updates on my own because I can't imagine handing off a puppy and not knowing what happened to her. I was very skeptical of using a service like this. As mentioned, I think some of the practices required are outdated and could use some re-working and a look at. I can understand why some of them are in place, especially when it comes to first time pet owners. But for those of us who are experienced, a lot of this is overbearing and things that I don't, nor does my vet, agree with so I don't know that I would use this site again based on that.

Our experience with Pawrade was devastating. The puppy we purchased died just 3 days after arrival, leaving our two kids heartbroken and us facing huge medical bills. Despite their promises of “healthy, happy puppies,” we were delivered a very sick puppy — and when he became ill and died, Pawrade tried to escape responsibility through technical loopholes in their health guarantee. We only received a refund for the puppy (not the costly transportation or medical bills) after escalating to senior staff and involving a lawyer. Until then, our concerns were dismissed. Their support team even refused to speak with us by phone. No help was offered with medical expenses, and compassion was absent at every step. Pawrade’s polished marketing hides how shady and unresponsive they truly are. We strongly advise others to avoid Pawrade. #SayNoToMills #SayNoToPawrade

I was very pleased with the process, service, and care of the animals, as well as the delivery being smooth and their communication was great. I was a little disappointed that I noticed something on my puppy’s eye in her pictures but nothing had been mentioned or shared about it. I will find what our Vet says about it tomorrow. I love my little girl though. She’s so sweet and a very well behaved puppy.

We gave Brenda the name Lily. She is sweet and adorable. Loves to play. She is well potty trained but has had a few accidents. I have learned to not expect Lily to signal when she needs to go potty. We have increased the frequency of walks outside and the accidents stopped.
