I think the customer service is best before the sale. Seems like replies were faster then, definitely not good on the weekend before we were scheduled to pick him up. I tried to call after my messages were not answered, but could not get anyone to answer the call! Finally, someone else got back to me about his vet check being approved. I would much prefer to work with one person. Amber was great to work with, very responsive. The others not so much. This will be the only dog I purchase through Pawrade.

The whole process from finding me a puppy I could drive to pick up to payment & communication with Pawrade was great. Sasha is now Lovey. She is oh sooo cute & has a wonderful temperament. We will be very happy with her for many years to come. Thx much.

We gave Brenda the name Lily. She is sweet and adorable. Loves to play. She is well potty trained but has had a few accidents. I have learned to not expect Lily to signal when she needs to go potty. We have increased the frequency of walks outside and the accidents stopped.

Pawrade service was fine, even with 4 or 5 different pet concierge's, they were all nice and knowledgeable. We were a bit confused with how the Wags On Wheels worked, as it is separate from Pawrade, but it all worked out fine. Our new cavapoo showed up per plan, clean and fresh smelling, and is a great puppy. Good kudos to Karen and Aaron from Wags 🙂 We read a few negative reviews about Pawrade, mostly about keeping the breeder info hidden, which is a bit of a bother, but ok in our experience. We did find the breeder name on paperwork that came w/ our pup, and to our amazement, the breeder charged only ~30% of what Pawrade charged. So Pawrade added a 220% fee for their service, ummmm. So, buyer beware, do your research.

I was sold a 6 month old 10 lb puppy online, when he was delivered 3 days later he was 18 pounds. Both parents were 14lbs they say. This dog will be at 25 pounds. I am a 70 yr old disabled senior. I can not lift now how will I lift him after another 6months of growth. Lastly the dogs hind legs are weak and the vet put him on pain meds. I would like this dog replaced with a true 6month old 10lb puppy or refund me and take him back.

I (we) are so pleased with our new puppy Murphy. Every step was carefully explained, and the delivery process and communication couldn't have been better. He is 14 weeks and is very social and a little mischievous. Murphy is eating, drinking and yes, a few accidents on the tile/carpet Thanks for all your help, Holly, Donna, Lindsey & Andrew We are a happy family and will recommend Pawrade to our family and friends

Very happy with the process and the attention to detail. We picked up our puppy personally and were very satisfied that the breeder was in fact a hobby breeder. The pup was well socialized and he is about 80 percent potty trained. Very happy with the little guy and his progress in less than a week.

I absolutely adore our puppy but Pawrade is absolutely terrible at responding and followup once you pay for the puppy. Secondly after receiving the puppy NO followup call either. They did NOT verify everything was done at the breeder- like microchip. They sure send you a list of stuff you've got to do but they don't check themselves. We chose to pick our puppy up and the breeder seemed very nice, but it was such a quick handoff it felt rushed.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Pawrade was always on top of things from making sure I knew of things to do for piper and not to do.
