All in all pretty good service after buying a $4000 dog wasn't expecting have to spend another $2900 for obedience training to not bite and terrorize 3 other dogs in the house buyer beware because introducing to socializing doesn't mean they won't bite other dogs or you.

if you are thinking about buying a puppy PAWRADE is the most caring,loving place and they will go out of their way to get you the healthiest puppy.when my puppy arrived she was a happy,healthy little girl. the driver who delivered her was very kind and handled the puppy with care.i could go on and about parade and all the people that made this social day possible, .if you looking for great breeders to buy your new fur baby..look no further, go with PARADE. thank you everyone from making my dream come true.i love my little fur baby so much!

We couldn't have asked for a better puppy in Hallie. She's happy, secure, immediately settled in, sure of herself and an absolute love. Please continue to identify size such as teacup, toy, etc. as it's VERY IMPORTANT to prospective owners looking for a certain breed and size.

We were nervous going online for a dog. However after our last two dogs were rescues we really wanted a full chihuahua puppy…and decided to give Pawrade a try. They walked us through every step. Lined us up with an amazing breeder and now we have a beautiful sweet new puppy in our lives!

For as much money as we pay for transportation the dog shouldn't be delivered with several other dogs especially when the dog is so young my dog was 11 weeks old and didn't have complete 16 week old shots was still not supposed to be super close face to face with other dogs, I wasn't able to track them all the way to my house because the tracking system they provided only lasted two days and it was a 4-day trip. I got a chihuahua and they have notably get tear stains it's a breed thing under their eyes and they sell a product that is quite cheap that is you start them young you can wipe underneath their eyes to prevent the tears from staining underneath their eyes and they'll never have tear stains once you let them get to your stains it's extremely hard to get them out and they never did that so I'm playing h e double hockey sticks to get them out right now other than that I think this was a good purchase we are both in love so all turned out extremely well.

I would not use Pawrade for future pet purchase. I'm not comfortable with the length of time my 2 pound puppy was in a van. I was not made aware of the fact that Other pets would be delivered to various locations And very states. I was led to believe that a private concierge would be used with someone holding my pet and caring for her until she arrived to her new home. When she arrived, she was extremely hot, which indicated to me that the very larger van that she was transported in did not have proper cooling. Otherwise, she was in good condition. The communication only occurred when I reached out to ask questions after paying for her. The company needs to be transparent with the manner in which the pets are transported ie. It was not a concierge service. It was a transport service. Had we known this was the case we would have made our own arrangements to ensure that our pet arrived to us in a more timely fashion.

Just received my new puppy Rosie a couple of hours ago. She is wonderful. She is sitting on my lap as I type this. She is everything I was hoping for. The entire transaction with Pawrade was pretty seamless. I was able to talk to the breeder. My puppy concierge, Lois Krahling, was very helpful. Answered all my questions and requests. I love that Rosie was delivered to me directly without having to go anywhere to pick her up. I am very happy with the whole process and would recommend it highly. Thank you.

I had not worked with Pawrade, or knew when anyone else that had, so I was skeptical at first. But they made the entire transaction easy and made me feel secure in the puppy that I was getting. They kept in constant communication with me and were very responsive anytime I contacted them. I couldn't be happier with my new beautiful and healthy little fur baby.

It has been almost a month since we got our beautiful teacup Chihuahua Wilhelmina. She's amazing. Great personality. Unbelievable energy and so smart. Getting her was a big step after having a dog we loved for 14 years, but we're really happy we said yes to her. The folks at Pawrade did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress of the process and made the delivery by flight nanny seamless - to that end, we had Pam as our nanny, a former flight attendant and one of the nicest people in the world. She gave our baby the best care, and I can say she didn't seem any worse for the flight. A month in, she grows on us more every day.

I am just thrilled with this puppy. Everything went smoothly throughout the transaction and pickup at the airport. I changed her name from Mabel to Baby. She has been well socialized, and is doing great here. She's not timid, she eats good, does not show any signs of stress at all, and runs and plays like a happy little girl. I couldn't be happier with my new family member. Thank you all so much.

This has been such a great experience I would do it again. From start to finish the staff is awesome. They help and walk you through everything. I have my little puppy Liam and im so happy. We are very happy with our new little bundle of joy! Birkin (formerly Rosie) is so adorable, more adorable in person than in her pictures. She is very happy; she loves her new home, and she loves playing with her new brother and sister as they love playing with her. She is also a very smart little girl; she was already potty trained on pee pads and has not had one accident since she's been home. She is a very good eater, and her journey from Texas to home (Illinois) was without incident! She had her first vet appointment since she has been home, and she received a clean bill of health! She is such a joy; we just love her to death and are so happy she is in our lives! Pawrade and their breeders do a wonderful job, I give them an A+!

We just love our new puppy. It was a bit scary as we never bought a puppy this way but all in all it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be if there is a couple of weeks before someone could get a puppy maybe give some more updates. Maybe like a cute weekly countdown. It was uneasy to not hear anything after all payments were made. Just a suggestion. Everyone was super nice!!

Jason and Levi were great! in the Puppy Wagon! Lincoln (now Garry) was perfectly clean and so healthy! They had the paperwork was organized and ready to be passed!
Everything went very well, Pawrade concierge was always updating on progress of puppies. Only couple faults in that there was lots of repetitive information as I adopted two puppies from the same litter. Information on each puppy was given in separate correspondence rather than in one email or text message. Information on transport schedule was sketchy as had no real idea when pups would be arriving was given however, the day they were picked up by transportation.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Tara, concierge, was a delight to work with and available at all times. She fielded numerous questions and really set up a Zoom meeting with us and the Breeder. Holly and Donna were helpful as well. Our little "Cowboy" is everything we had hoped he would be. Splendid job!
