I had a concern about my puppy's size and how big she would be. She was advertised as a teacup and I was concerned with her current weight she would be bigger then a teacup. I expressed my concern and was told my the associate that I spoke with that she wasn't advertised as a teacup. I had to send in a picture that said teacup on it to prove I wasn't making it up. The associate I dealt with was extremely rude to me and basically called me a liar. On the other hand the process of buying the puppy and getting her transported to me was very easy. The communication other then the rude lady was very good. Due to the rude associate I will not be a returning customer.

Im glad I waited to write this review. We spent FIVE DAYS with BonBon, she sadly passed away after a week of fighting parvo. The process of adopting our puppy was a pain due to the lack of communication. We thought the bad customer service was worth it once we received her, but now we struggle with the pain of losing her so soon and this horrible company denies any type of reimbursement. Take my advice and stay far from this company, they only want your money and do not truly care for their customers. This entire process with them has been by far THE WORST experience my family has had with any company.

I was skeptical at first and realized that I was taking a chance in purchasing a pup online. It's a lot of $$$ (transaction) for a pup with no registry (AKC). Just being honest. That being said..I felt connection to "Dante", who I have renamed. I lost a chihuahua the prior year and found one that touched my Spirit. The customer service reps were all very friendly and spoke on my behalf to breeder so that we could work out transport. Happy that Pawrade guaranteed 30 days through pet insurance. I am happy with my new fur baby. It's difficult choice..but one that worked for me.

My new dog came yesterday at 2:30 could not walk. Super dehydrated won't eat throwing up and now he's at an emergency vets office for the next 2 to 5 days. If he even lives she said he probably not gonna live. He's very sick and I am having to come out with pocket $5000 to pay for these vet bills and I already paid $4500 for the dog so no I'm not happy.

Without all entities working together, I would not have every been able to obtain the very puppy that I wanted. Every person I spoke with and had communication with was so nice, helpful and professional. Honestly, your company is top notch!! We are extremely pleased with Pawrade and the way they took care of us and our Tater (Now Tim, Timmy). They were concerned and caring from start to finish! The two men who delivered Tim to us were kind, gentle, and caring also. Tim arrived in excellent condition and is just so much fun! He feels right at home and we feel that from the start he is a family member. We appreciate Dan and Carli of Pawrade so much. They put the well being of the puppy first in their concern, which we liked very much. We highly recommend Pawrade to those who want to bring a healthy, happy puppy into their homes. The puppy I received was beautiful and in great health. I would like to say Alyssa with Pawrade did an outstanding job. Everyone I spoke with was very nice but when people from departments were not answering I was able to always contact Alyssa and she was able to either help me out or get in touch with the others and have them reach out to me.

WHEN I FIRST SO WALTER (NUGGETS) I INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM. HE IS SO FRISKY, AND LOVABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GIVING HIM LOTS OF LOVE AND ATTENTION. AKEMI P.S. WHEN I SAW HER FOR THE 1st TIME, I ALREADY FELL IN LOVE. I CHANGED WHIMSEYS NAME TO BUTTERCUP. I ALSO GOT HER BROTHER WHO I NAMED NUGGET. TODAY IS THEIR BIRTHDAY, 10-23-23'. I HAD THEM BOTH FOR 3 DAYS, BUTTERCUP HAD TO GO TO THE ER. RIGHT NOW IT LOOKS LIKE ALL IN UP IN THE AIR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH PAWRADE AND BREEDER. BREEDERS PHONE DISCONNECTED. SHE IS NEEDING ALL KING OF TEST, AND DR. SAYS MAYBE I MIGHT THINK ABOUT EUTHANIZING HER, WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO. TOLD TEST MAY RUN INTO $20,000.00 (LIVER). NOT SURE, BUT THINKS IT MIGHT BE. I GAVE A 5 STARS, BECAUSE PICKING THEM OUT, FLIGH TRANSACTION AND ALL WENT SMOOTHLY. ONLY HICCUP IS HER LIVER PROBLEM. I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD HER FOR A WEEK. THEN WHATS WORSE OF ALL IS THAT BEING CHRISTMAS EVRYODY OS CLOSED. CAN'T GET HOLD OF PAWRADE, OR BREEDER. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. SOMEBODY HELP ME.

Enjoyed most of my interactions with Pawrade. The delivery transport team were professional and knowledgeable. Our initial vet appointment discovered issues with Violets teeth requiring a visit to a veterinary dentist.

The puppy is great. All the support including help from the breeder was excellent. Lois and Morgan were beyond helpful. Worth every penny.
