We are so pleased with pawrade's service! I've never ordered a puppy before. And I was very nervous about flying a puppy across the USA. We opted for a nanny. I was concerned with a small breed being placed under the passenger section.... All worked out wonderfully! The nanny was fantastic, nice, and attentive. He sent me pictures of everything he did with the puppy along the journey.

He is lovely but my vet thinks he has Bordetella. Disappointing and expensive to treat. I still have no info on the pet insurance.

My customer service representative was great, but our travel coordinator was not. She ignored several of my emails, made no effort to accommodate our request to have our dog shipped on a different day, and on the day of her planned arrival she arrived 7 hours early with no notice from the travel agent. We love our new dog, but the travel coordinator's failure to do her job concerns me greatly!

Wonderful experience. The dog came in great condition it was washed. Staff was friendly. Everyone kept me up-to-date the whole entire time the first time I've ever done anything like this, so I have a lot of questions and everyone was very responsive. Thank you so much for everything. Pawrade has a very easy purchasing process. The whole process is a little scary because you are making a purchase before meeting your new fur baby. There's a real person to talk to throughout the whole process. Waiting for your pup to arrive seemed like it took a long time. It was only 8 days. I was able to find the exact dog I was seeking. Female chihuahua blue Merle. Seems like the have many breeders to choose from. Dogs are always coming and going. I recommend pawrade. 10/10
