Pawrade was great and the customer service is amazing! I am only rating it three stars because I was sold a puppy with a birth defect and was only told after I paid for her and my son had fallen in love with her and had already named her. Pawride offered somewhat of discount after the issue was discovered by a vet but this was a very expensive dog and this should never have happened. The breeder should not have been able to get away with this. That said, we love our fur baby and are already spoiling herl!

I do love the dog but they said she was micro chipped and she wasn’t. She had a leg disformity called Giardia. Also ear infections, worms, a stomach bacteria and one other thing I can’t recall. A good breeder wouldn’t do these things or deliver a dog in this condition. They also said they would deliver her on a Friday and she didn’t arrive until 3 days later. Besides her being cute and alive, this was not a great experience. I’ve filled a claim.

Best place to get your new fur baby. The staff may the process easy and the breeder made every effort to send up-to-date pics/videos until our fur baby was in my arms. Highly recommended.

BANDIT & NUTMEG ARE DOING GREAT. BROUGHT THEM HOEM AND 1HOUR LATER GAVE THEM A LITE BATH. THEY TAKE NUTRI-CAL FOOD AND WATER. NUTMEG’S BEEN CRYING ALL LAST NITE TIL 4:30 A.M. HAD TO CUDDLE HER, BUT SHE JUST WANTED TO GO PLAY WITH HER SISTERS. BOTH THIS MORNING HAVE NOT EATTEN, BUT MADE SURE TO GIVE THEM THE NUTRI-CAL. BELLIES ARE STILL FULL. THEY ARE ASLEEP. From the first contact with Emma, to the delivery from Elizabeth Powers, everyone was delightful: helpful, prompt and reassuring. We felt well taken care of and we LOVE our little chihuahuas! A couple of frustrations: coming from such a long distance, it's impossible to plan for hotels etc. when we don't know where the delivery will take place. So it would be great if buyers could get that info earlier. Also, I would have liked more pics and videos as we had to wait two months and there were moments when we started to wonder if these pups were real!

My husband was very skeptical about this transaction. We have been scammed by other people trying to get our "baby girl". I am so thankful for everyone associated with this business. Everything was very professional and our new puppy is so wonderful!! I would recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy!!

Pawrade's process is pretty seamless. It was easy to get through the process, no doubt the staff is committed to excellence. The only thing is that the delivery service (a different company) is a bit slow in my opinion. The job is always easiest to the person who doesn't have to do it. I would ask the delivery company to send a picture of the puppy every day that they have him. That being said, my pup arrived in the time they said he would, and in perfect condition. The delivery person was super nice as well as everyone at Pawrade. I would say that any 8 or 9 week old puppy is going to be really cute, but this one went overboard in cute. I am so glad that I finally decided to make the call. This is one of the best things that I have done for myself in like forever. Thank you Pawrade.
