Great from start to finish and I just LOVE my Heidi (Odessa) and after only 24 hours she seems to be right at home. Also, the breeder did a great job, showed her the pee pad once and she goes right to it now to do her business!
Well.............it was a bumpy ride. I had to be pretty creative in order to have better communication. I was lucky enough to have a conference call with the Breeder and Donna. Donna was the most efficient in getting back to me. I appreciated her in the end. Then came Express Puppies transport. Austin arrived early in the time promised. He was so nice. Then as the day went on Chewy Cha Colette started throwing up. I rushed her to the emergency room where she stayed over night. The Breeder did not do a wellness check before Austin took her on the road. She told me she was going to. Today Chewy is perfect. Bouncing around, wow, peed on her pee pad. She is now eating/pooping. When all is said and done+++++++Pawrade did a SWELL job. Trying to utlilize the 30 free day MetLife Insurance. Document everything people. Be vigilent in getting answers. I have paid the BIG bucks. Much more than I ever expected, but I have Chewy. yES, i gave 5 Stars.

Even though I was very disappointed that the breeders vet documented my puppy not having a frontal lobe when in fact he did was a big concern for me… but we love Nacho “chip”(Bruiser) and he is well loved and adjusting well

We're very pleased with the process to welcome our new puppy to our family. The Pawrade personnel were all very communicative each step of the way and responded quickly to any questions we posed. If the need ever arises again, I would definitely use Pawrade again and recommend to others looking for their next furry family member!
The delivery was very smooth Galileo is GREAT!!! What was stressful for me were all the forms that kept coming I thought I signed them all and to find out I didn’t A little more personal contact would have been nice I am very glad I had your company available to find my dream puppy. I would use your company again Also I have shared your site with my friends and family. Thank you I Love my new Family member I do need to mention the stated price and what I was billed was 600 dollars different. And the sale code was not given.

Theresa was kind and very helpful with all the required documentation and copies for me to keep of the completed forms. PAWRADE as a whole is a very easy company to interact with and the multiple times I have used your service I have never had to worry about any difficulties in transferring of the puppies from breeder to our ownership. We have enjoyed receiving puppy pictures of each one we have received through PAWRADE as they were waiting to be released.

Pawrade is an amazing company to work with as far as giving you all the information in regards to the dog or puppy you have selected; then they verify all information and send forward the information that will assist you with a successful arrival and continued success with your new pet. I really appreciate all that they do and how they have a system in place for getting you your pet in good condition from the breeder and the transport company also was very punctual and keep you informed as to the arrival. I’m happy with my new puppy & love her, but a little disappointed. When I first called about her I asked if she was an apple head chihuahua & was told yes, but she looks more like a deer head chihuahua. I love that she’s so tiny & hope she stays that way, but I never would have spent that much money for a deer head chihuahua. I also requested to speak with her breeder before I received her & that never happened.

I'm very impressed with Pawrade for making my purchase of my new Chihuahua puppy (aka Blair by the breeder) such a streamlined and seamless experience. They provided me with the contact names and information for each step of the procedure and worked with the transport personnel regarding the approximate date and time when my little Mika girl would arrive at my doorstep. I could tell she was very well cared for during her journey from the breeder to my home and has been such a lively little bundle ever since. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who has a serious interest in getting a new little furbaby of their own.

Pawrade is extremely difficult to get a hold of on the phone once you have already reserved a puppy. I had many problems with incorrect delivery dates and a very sick puppy being delivered. The cost of care for my sick puppy is unbelievable and Pawrade will not issue me a partial refund for his purchase price. I won’t be recommending this company. Their response time for email, chat, and phone is terrible for existing customers. Only new customers interested in reserving can get through to someone in a timely manner. Their pricing is extremely high for the service you get and a puppy’s health is not checked sufficiently. I have a healthier dog from a shelter for a fraction of the price. The transportation company used kept pups in filthy conditions; my puppy was covered in feces. No one cares to stop and clean often enough during transport and dogs are left in their own mess and get infections as a result. This has been a terribly stressful ordeal as we are still treating our sick pup.

First, my husband and I are thrilled to have our furbaby Gabe(aka: Amos). I am extremely happy with the transporters, Wags on Wheels. they were able to allow me keep track of the journey to my home. They arrived safe and sound with Little Gabe. I must admit I was very nervous about the entire process but thrilled it all worked out. My con on this is that, I had no contact with the breeder or who they were until Gabe was delivered with paperwork. I have read some reviews where the breeders and customer have contact. Your puppies are beautiful and pricey but I saved for the puppy. Suggestion: Fix this issue.

Peggy and I are very worried about Elijah he is not eating and he vomiting up his food of what little that he eats we have an appointment in the morning at 0920 am his temp now is 99.2 and his bowels has not worked today he has pee twice we got an appointment with our vet tomorrow morning
