We started looking for a new puppy about 6 months ago. We were having no success in finding another Cockapoo since we lost ours almost 2 years ago. We were referred to Pawrade and I looked into their services. The more I looked into them the more convinced I was that they were going to be the ones that could give us the perfect puppy. I saw Fatima and fell in love with her immediately. After talking to Kat and several other people at Pawrade we were able to settle on all the arrangements. The only problem was that we were leaving on a 6 week vacation in Texas and would not be home to get her delivered to us. That turned out to be no issue as we were able to have her delivered to where we were staying in Texas. Everyone at Pawrade were very helpful in making the delivery of our new Furbaby to us safe and sound. We are totally sold on using Pawrade if you want a guarantee not to be a puppy mill and have a great selection of breeds to choose from.

Everything seemed so easy and smooth initially, then the process slowed considerably. I must have misread the site because I thought it was only $599 to "reserve" a puppy but when we started the process, we had no option but to pay the full price and within 24 hours they asked us to pay for the travel arrangements. Apparently we also didn't understand how long it would take for the rest of the process. While we actually waited 12 days for her, it seemed like a lifetime and when she would not be with us at Christmas as advertised that was difficult. We discussed this with them and they somehow moved up her deliver date to the 24th. Needless to say, we love her but are finding it difficult to complete submission of the required Vet visit through their website. They have been very responsive in their support making this process a bit easier.

Hello! I have had Fernando (I call him TJ now lol) for almost a week now and I have to tell you I have been so busy loving him! He is so adorable even at 5 a.m in the morning lol! Pawrade was amazing! I thought it was funny how some reviews said they thought it was a scam but it's not! They are nice, they are professional, understanding too! I changed my mind about the puppy I wanted twice! They were patient and let me know I can take my time. It was so easy it was unbelievable! I will always come back to Pawrade because I know I would like to have another puppy in about 2 years so Fernando can have a buddy! We love him so much and I want to say thank you for everything!

I was put at ease immediately upon connecting with a service agent. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was over asking. Communication is real time by text, within the app, and over the phone. Updates on my puppies medical exams and photos made this transaction more real and exciting.
