Tilly (formerly Taylor) is precious. Her puppy nannies were wonderful and very helpful with the paperwork. She has been exploring and investigating her new home. I found out that she is very determined and smart when she “Houdinied” herself out of her playpen. I look forward to teaching her other fun things to do. My 7 year old cat is investigating his new little sister. He doesn’t know quite what to make of her yet. Tilly just gives him a good licking (literally) when he gets close. I am looking forward to getting to know Tilly better and blending her in to our little family.

Hello! I have had Fernando (I call him TJ now lol) for almost a week now and I have to tell you I have been so busy loving him! He is so adorable even at 5 a.m in the morning lol! Pawrade was amazing! I thought it was funny how some reviews said they thought it was a scam but it's not! They are nice, they are professional, understanding too! I changed my mind about the puppy I wanted twice! They were patient and let me know I can take my time. It was so easy it was unbelievable! I will always come back to Pawrade because I know I would like to have another puppy in about 2 years so Fernando can have a buddy! We love him so much and I want to say thank you for everything!

I was put at ease immediately upon connecting with a service agent. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was over asking. Communication is real time by text, within the app, and over the phone. Updates on my puppies medical exams and photos made this transaction more real and exciting. Everything was so smooth from start to delivery. I am so happy with my little fur baby! He is already fulfilling our days and I couldn't be more happier than I am today. Thank you. Got our puppy 3 days ago on a Saturday. Noticed his eyes were not normal. Took him into the Veterinarian yesterday, 2 days after his arrival. Said he has eye problems, detached retina, pupils were not reactive good and irregular in shape. We are very sad and concerned about the breeder that produced him. Our research showed and the Veterinarian confirmed that both parents were Merle which is commonly known to cause blindness and other birth defects. We are sending over the Doctors report today and hope to hear back soon, as we continue to take care of the puppy.

I must admit, I was skeptical at first and thought that this website was a scam. I have never purchased a dog online before but Pawrade was so accommodating and helpful from start to finish. I was able to meet my pup and his breeders when he was only 2 weeks online via Zoom and they assisted me in the decision process when picking through the litter. They kept me updated the entire 7 weeks that I waited for his arrival and answered every question and concern with grace and respect. Bernard (now named Ruby) is a wonderful addition to my family and I am thankful that I came across Pawrade and I am thankful for their hardworking team.

Communication was a little bit bumpy at first. your webste is misleading as far as when the concierge is available and when I called and selected 1, there was no one who answered the phone. But all finally was straightened out and the puppy is great!

Everything went perfectly!! My only comment is that I thought the delivery process could use a bit more communication. Just an idea what day your puppy would arrive would be appreciated by many, I sure. I understand that there are many situations that can come up for the driver and it causes a lot of time changes. But, again just telling customers what day.....I sat waiting Saturday evening, which is the time frame I made up myself, Captain (Bolo) arrived Monday morning... I had sent a text to the drivers and they replied quickly. This has nothing to do with the drivers, they were wonderful. It's the process that should be looked at. All that aside, Captain is doing GREAT!! Eating, drinking, and sleeping very well. Thanks to the entire Pawrade team for a wonderful experience. Elaine Goode

I purchased two puppies, same breeder/litter. The process was so easy! Great communication and everyone I talked to was professional and willing to answer my questions. I chose ground transportation for my pups. Prior to them being picked up I was contacted by the drivers who explained the process for them. I was given a link the day of pick up so that I could monitor their progress along the way. I was so pleased with how smoothly everything went. I would definitely use Pawrade again and would recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank all of Pawrade staff and the driver's who brought my puppy to us. I would recommend Pawrade to all my family and friends. I loved all the updates I received on my puppy until she was ready to come home and the driver's were amazing and kept me updated on how my puppy was doing and delivered her when they said they would.My puppy is a happy and healthy little girl, who I just absolutely love and adore .
