Maggie aka Zoey is perfect. She is how I expected her to be when I saw her. It was great to work with Pawrade. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is when i was waiting for a delivery time it took them until the next day to get back to me. Every other communication before that was immediate. Also, with COVID trying to get Maggie into see a vet with in 72 hrs. is impossible. I did make an appointment for 5 days after I received her, so hoping they will agree to extending the guarantee.

I was a little nervous buying a puppy online without personally meeting her but she is healthy, sweet and adorable just like the photos they sent me. I would recommend this puppy locater service. I did not do the shipping as it is too hot in Texas to travel in a crate.

Everyone who I dealt with along the way was absolutely wonderful answered all my questions and even help me split up my transaction so that it wasn't so difficult on my end financially. My mother and my daughter are so happy to have this new addition to our family and he's absolutely adorable and everything we had hoped for!

My experience overall was great in my dealings with Pawrade everyone I felt with was extremely helpful and genuinely nice to deal with. I would recommend you to all my friends looking for a dog as a pet. The pay portion was a bit confusing after I paid my deposit. I did not easily see the other money owed. That portion could use some user friendly upgrades. The breeder who we purchased or Cocker Spaniel from was absolutely fantastic from the start to the time the puppy arrived to us the breeder gave us all great information, from food to vitamins, she had all the info and insured we were ready for the puppy. And when the plane was canceled due to weather she went the extra mile and got the puppy with the flight staff at pawrade onto another flight and to us on the same day and it was not an easy process. I am great full to the breeder and pawrade for the grate service and a puppy that received a fantastic 72 hour vet checkup. Thank you all,

We are so pleased with our new puppy, everything went smooth and professional as possible. The breeders were amazingly quick answering all of my questions and very helpful with information. We are enjoying our new family member and can't wait to create new memories.
