I was very pleased with the entire process from researching then funding my precious puppy. All of the intermediaries were very knowledgeable and answered every question. I chose a local pickup and am still in transition back to GA. The breeder, Daniel was very courteous and thorough in paperwork/vet records and pictures. I have already recommended Pawrade to a couple friends who are considering a new fur baby!

So this the 1st dog we had flown. I think he's doing well. He did look rough and smelled really bad. I understand he might of have peed on him self but he was just plain out dirty. He had the gunkiest crud in his eye. I did mention about dis droopy eye to the rep idk maybe week or week in a half. I will have the vet check him out. He's a beautiful dog and my other dogs was okay with him too. I'm like the crazy dog lady. Lol. His flight was good so that's why ya'll got 5 stars. Thank you again as he is my 3rd and final dog from pawrade really just anywhere. 3 is enough 😆

We received our cocker spaniel puppy last week. He’s an absolute delight. Full of energy and very healthy I might add. Our experience with Pawrade was amazing. From the first phone conversation with one of the representatives, a video call with the owners & our puppy, the transporters Andrew & Garrett, and finally his delivery. Great documentation of his vaccines, worming, microchip,etc. Thank you Pawrade for a wonderful experience. 🐾

Staff was helpful, but a simple adoption becomes a lengthy and complex process. I appreciate the focus on the health of the puppy, but found little recourse for adopting a puppy that had a small hernia, except to acknowledge I was told about it, and accepted it with the problem (that may require surgery later). Not sure what the 100% healthy guarantee got me there?
Everything went smoothly and my reps were very responsive. Thanks again!

We loved Sophie the second we saw her! She’s a beautiful Cocker Spaniel, I love her coloring so unusual, with a blue eye and a brown eye. I like having sophie’s very distinctive looks. When the Courier arrived she gave Sophie to me and she hasn’t left my side ever since! She has been a very quick learner her first was to sit and stay. We took her to the vet, she got a 5 star checkup. I’m so thankful for choosing her, she’s everything I hoped for. Thank you so much to everyone at Pawrade.

Pawrade was amazing. I didn't have to do a multitude of searches for breeders, find reviews and find one in my area. Pawrade made finding the puppy we were suppose to have so effortless. The concierge people I dealt with were all so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very good about staying in touch and responding to questions. Hands down some of the best customer service I have dealt with in quite some time.
So happy with our new puppy! Peace of mind using Pawrade knowing he came from a good breeder. Took him to our vet for his Well Check & he said we have a very healthy puppy. Really appreciated the help & guidance Pawrade provided us.
