This is my first puppy I ever paid for. The process was easy and I got my puppy in good time. I would use pawrade again if I get a another dog.
I fell in love with her immediately upon seeing her for the first time! She is a sweet little angel! She is a blessing because i lost my husband on July 17! Percy arrived in the middle of the night last night. He is absolutely adorable. He trembled in my arms for two minutes and then began to cuddle. He's bright and beautiful. Percy is our fourth cocker spaniel (two litter mates were put down last fall at age 16 1/2) and he is a great competitor to our other splendid cockers. He's bright and already bonded with us both. He is charming, intelligent, funny and like all cockers extra sweet. We are delighted.

The process was great...I just felt that there were so many different people to talk with, it would have been more helpful for me to have one point person. Everyone was great though!

It was a very difficult decision to purchase a puppy from long distance, from a broker, however Pawrade made it a bit less uncomfortable. They setup a Zoom meeting with myself, the puppy, amd the breeder, and once I decided to move forward they provided ALOT of information and updates along the process. I received a beautiful, healthy, happy spunky puppy.

Delivery of our puppy was delayed because of bad weather, but she arrived safely and is beautiful, loving, and perfect. Our experience with Pawrade was very good. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire procesd.
She arrived very healthy, clean, and feisty! I thought she was going to be handed off w/a toy w/littermate's scent on it. No scent item, did get like a pound of her food, though. She's eating and drinking (not a lot of drinking, though….)and potties with no issues noted. I've not yet received the link to the MetLife pet insurance. Can someone please contact me later today about the MetLife pet insurance activations? Thanks for being there for both of us through this journey. I'm completely enamored! J-

My experience with Pawrade has been top notch from the first communication inquiring about Cami (now named Lovey). The correspondence replies were always timely and gave me all the information I needed. The whole process was seamless, and the team I was working with were incredibly helpful, friendly and caring. Lovey arrived yesterday at Boston Logan Airport, in a secure crate and she was happy, healthy, and so loving. Disappointed in the lack of communication. Also the-sign was not cooperative. It stated that I could input the name we gave to our puppy and that didn't happen. The date of the 26th was wrong,we took delivery on the 28th of Nov. The form stated one thing and when I finally received a call back I was told that it couldn't be changed. Why put that into an official document when it can't be done.

Everything went fine except I asked that my contact number be changed to my cell phone for the delivery service. However it was not and the driver had a hard time contacting me to update me on his arrival time. Everything worked out but it was a bit stressful. Manning is doing great and seems to be very happy here. Thank you
