Received my puppy four days ago. She is a doll. There are so many scammers out there but this company made sure I wasn’t a scammer. They were efficient; made sure I was informed every step of the way. Went very smooth.

We have been thinking about a dachshund puppy for a long time. I wan't sure how to about adopting. I found Pawrade and they were so professional all of the way through the process. Her pictures and video were exactly as they appeared in her photos and videos. Pawrade coordinated every step with me and kept in contact all of they way through. You all did a wonderful job. You answered all my questions & walked me through the whole process. Everything was upfront & professional. We understood the financial expectations. You made it easy & you kept your word. That was what we needed after being scammed by another breeder & delivery company. We were nervous & I was heartbroken. The man who brought the dog out was very nice. But it was freezing cold and he brought him out in the freezing cold. We couldn’t go inside to do the paperwork. Meanwhile, we had to hurry up and heat up the car while the dog was freezing to death. It’s clear this dog has not been socialized whatsoever. It’s afraid of every sound flat surfaces and is afraid of everything.

I was so happy with the whole experience. Kathleen, our breeder was fantastic. The pups are well socialized, happy and healthy. The pick-up went great. No issues at all. The communication with Pawrade was prompt, informative and friendly. I feel very grateful to now have 2 such wonderful puppies facilitated by Pawrade.

Noah is a great little boy and very stubborn. He is refusing his poty pads so far, but I'm an old German bullhead so he is going to get better. He finally started eating a good meal again. He is very smart and likes to watch Nature Programs on television. He sleeps good at night and doesn't move around a lot. He is playing with his toys, his favorite is a crinkling fox. He doesn't like squeckers though. In plain terms: I LOVE HIM DEARLY.

I am very happy with my new puppy. She’s so beautiful and the Breeder did such a wonderful job with her and everybody at Pawrade especially Meaghan The assistant travel coordinator really helped with all the travel plans. Everybody on the team was very supportive each doing well in their separate roles. Well, it might seem like a lot. I feel like I got a much better high-quality dog from an excellent breeder, even if it was out of state, it turns out that I have the most beautiful puppy ever, thank you to everybody on The team that I worked with Emily Wood In customer service who helped me apply a coupon, Ashley, who called me with some final travel information, Meaghan, Who helped coordinate the travel and Kathy the breeder who is just like amazing totally amazing. It is a lot of coordination but in the end it’s worth it and seems like a great organization nationwide wishing the company a lot of luck.

My experience with the process of my beautiful boy Alexander was great. From the Start Paawrade staff kept me informed step by step on the process and how my Puppy was doing. The Driver was awesome he keep me posted of my puppy wellbeing and texted me often. My Puppy arrived very well and received my family with kisses and lots of Wags. Thank you Pawrade!!!!!

This has been a bad experience for us. The puppy Rufus was not as advertised, he has a major deformity in his tail, and really bad allergies. I don't see how Pawrade can keep good trustworthy breeders on thier site. We love the little pup, but the money spent on him, he should have been without issues.

Most people at Pawrade were very helpful. Unfortunately, not sure how well they vet their breeders. The dog I purchased was 6 mos. old. Bio read that he was socialized with children. Not true. He is aggressive towards them. This is a problem. I reached out to the breeder, who incidentally did not meet me upon delivery. She sent someone else. She was not helpful. I reached out to Pawrade twice. I have still not received a call back. We are working with a trainer. If this doesn't work out, I will need to re home this dog. Unfortunate for the dog and myself. I will be out over $3,000.

Well we found out the dog is from a puppy mill so you guys will absolutely have a lawsuit on your hands.

The entire process of obtaining Jamie my 15 week year-old dachshund puppy was quite easy with pawrade. They are on top to providing food service and communication. Unfortunately my breeder didn’t have proper paperwork and when taking Jamie to the Vet I was shared that the papers could have been fraudulent along with other concerns as not cleaning the ears of my puppy which now is leading to an ear infection. Unfortunately with no fault to pawrade but the breeders should have a higher level of experience and education on keeping a happy and healthy puppy so that when the new owner receives the puppy, on day one, have nothing to worry about but routine check ups. I do recommend Pawrade however I would love to see minor improvements before I feel comfortable and confident to share with friends along with adopting another puppy.
