1st of all, formerly Ruby, now Gracie, is a beautiful, sweet and smart puppy, and already going outside. The breeder is to be commended. I purchased Gracie at only 2-1/2 weeks old, so I've waited a long time for her arrival. Everything went well with the breeder sending my concierge Emily weekly photos so I could see her growth. I was given a departure date of April 30th and Brandon from Stuart Transport contacted me, saying Gracie would arrive the next evening, although he could not give me a timeframe. By May 1st, I waited as the day progressed and finally called at 4 PM, again at 6 PM and left a message to please contact with me with an update on her trip. By 7:30 PM when I'd heard nothing, I called the 888 number for Pawrade, got a voicemail and no one ever called back. I realize I can't complete this message as it stops typing. I have asked Emily to call me and still waiting. Not happy with lack of communication once Gracie left her breeder!
My experience could not have gone any better. Everything was seamless and timely. The breeder was very nice and gave me lots of information. I could not be happier with my new fur baby. She is settling in nicely.

The lady and the gentleman that dropped her off was so nice couldn’t be more professional. It was a rainy day so I invited them in the house. My experience with Pawrade was the most wonderful experience ever. Y’all made it so easy and explained everything in great detail. Y’all made me feel confident that is was getting a healthy little puppy. I felt like my girl was safe on her way to me. The delivery person was so sweet. I have been telling everyone about my experience with pawrade. I highly recommend y’all. Thank y’all for my beautiful girl!!!

Pawrade was amazing from beginning to end. We originally purchased a puppy and could not get out of our head the one puppy left of the litter and ended up getting 2 fur babies !!!! They were able to get them both on the same flight. The 2 babies were very well socialized …clean …semi potty trained and very happy !! The team at Pawrade were very communicative and transparent. I would recommend Pawrade for anyone considering adding to their family !

I was charged a different price than I was quoted. Also I wasn’t told that Citrine has a deformed pupil in her left eye. It’s more triangular then round. And still paid over $2900 when I was quoted $2500

Very excited to have our new puppy 🐶! The process was pretty seamless. Everyone I worked with was so enthusiastic. They took excellent care of her during transport(by van). They fed/watered, cleaned area, and bathed her. She came to me from Missouri. I live in Michigan. That's a long way to travel. She's very loving and super sweet! Grateful to have worked with Pawrade and the Transport team to home my little angel! 10/10 Would recommend!

This was super easy. Support staff was great! Answered any questions i had and this team made it so easy to get our new addition here. She is healthy, adorable of course and so sweet! You have a great team from the first person to reach out to the driver that dropped her off. Very pleased how this all worked out.

A little disappointed that delivery notice was sent the morning of the delivery to arrive 12-1 pm. I was told 7-8 of April and supposedly Fonzie was in Arkansas. No way he could get here in under 5 hours. ? So wondering were he actually was? I was in hospital with elderly neighbor that day for a cardiac procedure. Luckily my office staff was able to handle the delivery. O had left the kennel at my office with supplies just in case. On the good side Fonzie is a great little baby. He is eating, drinking , and doing well scheduled for Wellness vet visit this afternoon at Panhandle Vet in Chipley, FL.

Very impersonal experience. Delivery was in the middle of the night both times- attempted first time and I couldn’t accommodate. He was sent back to the breeder and we had to coordinate a second delivery. They waived the return fee and I had to pay a second delivery fee. Contract did state that a middle of the night delivery was possible, I just didn’t expect it to literally actually be at midnight. Communication wasn’t great. Didn’t receive any additional pictures or videos after I purchased the dog. Overall I would not recommend Pawrade and will not purchase a puppy through them again. The puppy is happy and healthy though! And he’s pretty adorable ♥️
