I am so in LOVE with GRADY BOY. He is everything i hoped for and more.The Driver was right on time.Grady had a nice warm bath and is eating his dry food and drinking his water.Zooming around checking out his surroundings.Our cat Niko is really curious about this new little creature in the home.I would recomend PAWRADEto anyone wanting a puppy.Thankyou for helping me though the process. EMMA was wonderful .

Very happy with the dog I chose but she was very pricey. Also had to do a lot of emailing and paper work to satisfy Pawrade Policy. Also wish I could have met the breeders and parents. All in all pretty happy. Love Willow (Sheila)

This was the best experience ever purchasing my handsome dachshund Finley Bear. They were super informative throughout the whole process. They updated me constantly about every detail and were very helpful. I highly recommend anyone that wants a reliable personal way to get a pet please go through them! "I had a wonderful experience with Pawrade. Everyone that helped me with the adoption process were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took me through step by step and were extremely patient. The adoption process was smooth and well-organized. They provided detailed information about my new pet's history, health, and care needs. The transportation was set up for me and my pup was very well looked after and I was kept updated on his expected arrival. Pepper (formerly known as Kingston) has settled in beautifully at home. He had a perfect wellness check at his new vet and was already fully vaccinated. All he needs is to be neutered in a few months when he is old enough. I can’t recommend Pawrade enough, to anyone looking to adopt a new friend. “Thank you for helping me find my perfect companion!"

The concierge individuals were very friendly and answered every questions. They kept us informed and were so prompt. There was barely any waiting for a response. My only issue was the pricing. I do think it was a little excessive compared to other daschunds we have purchased with similar blood lines or backgrounds. Over all it was a good experience

1st of all, formerly Ruby, now Gracie, is a beautiful, sweet and smart puppy, and already going outside. The breeder is to be commended. I purchased Gracie at only 2-1/2 weeks old, so I've waited a long time for her arrival. Everything went well with the breeder sending my concierge Emily weekly photos so I could see her growth. I was given a departure date of April 30th and Brandon from Stuart Transport contacted me, saying Gracie would arrive the next evening, although he could not give me a timeframe. By May 1st, I waited as the day progressed and finally called at 4 PM, again at 6 PM and left a message to please contact with me with an update on her trip. By 7:30 PM when I'd heard nothing, I called the 888 number for Pawrade, got a voicemail and no one ever called back. I realize I can't complete this message as it stops typing. I have asked Emily to call me and still waiting. Not happy with lack of communication once Gracie left her breeder!

My experience could not have gone any better. Everything was seamless and timely. The breeder was very nice and gave me lots of information. I could not be happier with my new fur baby. She is settling in nicely.

The lady and the gentleman that dropped her off was so nice couldn’t be more professional. It was a rainy day so I invited them in the house. My experience with Pawrade was the most wonderful experience ever. Y’all made it so easy and explained everything in great detail. Y’all made me feel confident that is was getting a healthy little puppy. I felt like my girl was safe on her way to me. The delivery person was so sweet. Pawrade was amazing from beginning to end. We originally purchased a puppy and could not get out of our head the one puppy left of the litter and ended up getting 2 fur babies !!!! They were able to get them both on the same flight. The 2 babies were very well socialized …clean …semi potty trained and very happy !! The team at Pawrade were very communicative and transparent. I would recommend Pawrade for anyone considering adding to their family !

I was charged a different price than I was quoted. Also I wasn’t told that Citrine has a deformed pupil in her left eye. It’s more triangular then round. And still paid over $2900 when I was quoted $2500

Very excited to have our new puppy 🐶! The process was pretty seamless. Everyone I worked with was so enthusiastic. They took excellent care of her during transport(by van). They fed/watered, cleaned area, and bathed her. She came to me from Missouri. I live in Michigan. That's a long way to travel. She's very loving and super sweet! Grateful to have worked with Pawrade and the Transport team to home my little angel! 10/10 Would recommend!

This was super easy. Support staff was great! Answered any questions i had and this team made it so easy to get our new addition here. She is healthy, adorable of course and so sweet! You have a great team from the first person to reach out to the driver that dropped her off. Very pleased how this all worked out.
