I felt letdown by Pawrade. The day I first reserved my puppy, I was inundated with calls, texts and emails from Pawrade. After making my initial payment, Pawrade stopped responding to any and all messages on the platform. I would end up having to call them multiple times to get my questions answered. Very disappointed in Pawrade's cricket communication. I doubt I will use them in the future.

I had a good experience. This is the second time I use your company. The only thing this time was that it took me a while to reach someone about his delivery date since I had an inconvenience on the first official date of his delivery.

You guys were GREAT and very helpful!! Highly recommend. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because of the miscommunication in location, the website said 69 miles from me, after I purchased him I found out he was 140 miles which was a big deciding factor for me. I made it work, but that wasn't ideal. Otherwise, we have a perfect fur-baby we are so in love with!
I couldn't be happier from start to the time my puppy was delivered...true professionals all the way.!! I Highly recommend Pawrade this is the only way to go!! Also pussel pieces delivery service was fantastic kept intouch throughout the hole trip until my puppy was delivered!!! I couldn't of asked for better service!! Didn’t want my new baby to have to brave the cold dark luggage cargo area so…what a wonderful service. My baby was driven from Missouri, safe and warm by loving and caring drivers. She was almost as happy as I was when she arrived - I haven’t put her down since arrival. What an awesome service.

I adopted the cutest mini doxie, with the sweetest temperament. The whole process with Pawrade was seamless. Great patience and communication, ease in transport. I am very happy.

The service and the website are absolutely great. Everything works seamlessly until after you pay for the dog. Yes, the set up for delivery is seamless but documents they need and communication back-and-forth is via text and you don’t know where you’re supposed to upload and if you do upload, we don’t get confirmation that they have everything. I bought two dogs from or through PAWRADE and I would do it again. But they really do need to fix the process

Tara and Cindy did an absolute amazing job helping us get Callie. We purchased Callie December 2025, and her last soonest veterinary appointment was December 24th. Callie’s estimated arrival was January 3rd. Unfortunately California has a new law where you cannot purchase a dog outside of CA if you live in CA. Tara and Cindy found a flight for Callie and got her to us right on time. If it wasn’t for them I would have to spend more money and take a flight to Arkansas. Thank you again. We’re very happy we got Vienna (New Name)

I perched my puppy on the 18th of Dec and he was delivered a day early Jan 1, even though it was Christmas and new years.
The Pawrade team was great from start to finish. I was purchasing the puppy for my daughter and granddaughters and Pawrade easily coordinated our arrangements. Olly arrived happy and healthy and is settling in nicely.
Grayson is perfect and the sweetest smartest little lump of happiness!

Transfer went very smoothly and she has been such a good baby. I called yesterday and had the baby insurance activated, I took self with her and Already a 1000 pics. My vet is s closed today and tomorrow because of the holiday but supposed to be open on the 2nd which will be the 3rd day. So I did don’t send you anything until I have everything, right? Or can I send as I go?

My mini dachshund puppy, Marlena, was delivered to me on Wednesday night at about 11:30 pm. Thursday she was fine and quickly became the light of my life. She is the most beautiful and loving puppy. She began playing with my other dog, a two year old yorkie. Friday morning at about 10am she had bloody stools. It was a little at first and then it got worse. I had the mandatory puppy exam scheduled for 4pm. I told the vet about her symptoms and SHE TESTED POSITIVE FOR PARVO. I gave them my credit card for a $6000 deposit (after paying $4000+to Pawrade), and they rushed her into their critical care unit. It is Saturday; they are completing a plasma transfusion to save her life. I do not know if my beloved yorkie will contract parvo and he is on watch. I submitted the diagnosis and bills to Pawrade with no response. I specifically did not adopt a dog because I did not want to put my other dog at risk of harm and here I am wondering if I will have two dead family members on Christmas.
