For background, I have peripheral neuropathy, so I'm not able to drive long distances, or to an airport. I have two mini dachshunds, and wanted a much younger one. I needed a good match for my laid-back, 15 lbs., 12 year old male, and 8 lb. 10 year old female. I discovered Pawrade. Prices are what they are. The direct delivery well worth it, especially after a conversation with the pair bringing him here from MO. I passed along suggestions for the information provided, such as clearly stating that Nutra-Cal should be used in the daily amount per the manufacturer. If someone is using Dawn, he/she needs to keep it away from eyes. When there was a contradiction between something written, and how things were going, my message was responded to, and communication was excellent the whole process. Best, for any would be buyer/owner, my puppy exceeded expectations, was eating, drinking, playing, acting as a puppy immediately.

We purchased a mini weiner dog. He is 4 pounds. I was very anxious and didn't know the puppy I chose was in Florida. My Dad flew Florida to bring him to me. He cost more than some but well worth it to prevent unknowingly supporting a puppy mill. Support was top notch. Our puppy arrived exactly as described healthy, HAPPY well cared for by the breeder Lynne B. and cuter than pictures can even capture! He arrived in excellent condition and our vet examined him the first full day home with us, he passed with flying colors. He's got tons of personality and is incredibly loving. Thank you Lynne who clearly showered Oliver with love and kindness his vaccinations are up to date and all records provided twice because we lost the first set! Donna C, Carli, Alyssa and everyone who made this a stress free experience - thank you!! Odin was sick when we received him with whipworm, Giardia, ear issues, and eye. He also did not have the vaccines that he should have.

Our overall experience with Pawrade was good. It allowed us to choose from a large selection of dachshunds. Once we choose Skeeter the process for reserving him was simple and stress free. Since we had not heard of Pawrade before, having Tara call and explain the process was helpful and reassuring. She seemed to be concerned that we understood how it all worked and allowing us to ask questions. After we paid for Skeeter, we were passed off to Christie. Although she passed on information, there was no personal connection except the emails. She never called to see if we understood all the steps in the process. It felt very impersonal and like all we were doing was completing a transaction. To be fair to Christie, we were able to decipher most of what we needed to complete our pickup and follow up with Skeeter. Although we would not consider this a perfect transaction, we were satisfied enough with Pawrade that we would recommend them to others. We thank everyone involved.

I just got my puppy today and it was such an easy and positive experience! I was scammed from someone prior to using pawrade, which was really upsetting. Pawrade made it super easy to communicate and know everything i needed to about dog/breeder/etc. they kept me up to date, and i chose to have them bring me the dog and that service was so easy and convenient and safe.

Lovely puppy, very lazy/unhelpful/bewildering breeder. Made my job as an owner harder. Received India at about 5.5months, but was shocked to hear from breeder that for the entire time this puppy was in her care, she had not been walking them, she let them poo where they sleep and not to rather poo outside, and she came with extreme itching. Keeping a puppy for 5 months and not doing ANY form of remote training makes my job even harder as an owner than having received an even younger puppy at 8 weeks with no training at all. It means that India (Iris) has come with a lot of terrible habits ingrained in her – from pooing in her cage during cage training (which most dogs naturally won't do) to not knowing how to handle going for walks. I love India; but I purposely went with her in the end because she was a little older, and I felt would be a bit more mature to train without putting too much of a strain on my disability/schoolwork. I will NOT be recommending Pawrade to anyone. Oh well.
