The ppl I worked with were great. Friendly and helpful. My only complaint is my fiance bought the dog for me, he is NOT the owner. This was conveyed multiple times and Pawrade continues to send all correspondence to him. It's annoying and disrespectful especially since this was shared from the beginning of the process.

Dog arrived very ill. Staff really did not/does not care. It is just a lot of cya going on with no real focus on the puppy. I find it disgusting.

I'm very upset when I got Fergie upstairs and I felt his ribs through his skin you can look and see them like he was in fed properly my friend Lisa was with me and she said oh my God this poor puppy is malnutrition the poor thing look like he hasn't eaten in days so I got his food out the kind that Kathy said he likes he didn't even want to eat it so I've had bought this other food it's pure chicken vegetables for dogs I did a survey for Fergus for puppies his weight and everything else he ate like it was no tomorrow he ate like he was haven't eaten in days weeks this poor puppy was so hungry I'm going to be taking him to the vet and I hate to see what he's going to say that you could see his ribs right through his skin I'm so upset I'm an animal lover I understand that you don't need an overweight dog but he is so much underweight to see his bones in his neck his shoulder blades and to pick him up and just feel his ribs made me feel so awful that I cried you better tell Kathy about 🥹

Best experience. The process for me took approx 3 weeks. Every single person I spoke with were some of the nicest people. They kept me updated the whole time. Well, mostly, the second week there really wasn't any changes. That would be my only complaint. I wish someone could've even just said we're still working we didn't forget about you. You get weary when you spend so much, you wanna make sure you're not getting scammed. Delivery was superb. I chose the pampered ground transport. They give you an app so you can see at anytime where they are. And at least once a day updates. Only thing I would recommend is the day of they give you a timeframe. Mine was a two hour window. Keep an eye on the app cause I didn't get a call a few minutes prior. If I wasnt watching I wouldn't have been outside the second they pulled up. The guys were awesome. They updated me about whole drive. Would absolutely recommend. Finally, my baby, "Phoebe". It was love at first sight. Happy and healthy.

Unfortunately the process to get my puppy in the end was terrible customer service. I was not issued my final invoice until after I had received my puppy. I was contacted through a text thread in app that I had the final balance due to pay. I am an artist and I work with my hands, not to mention I was taking care of a new puppy when I received the message. I responded that I was working and that I would look at it later this evening. The text to follow in response to my message stated that they would send the authorities if I did not pay the invoice immediately. I then got off the scaffolding I was working from to have a look at the invoice to pay it. The invoice was wrong. I was overcharged and I expressed my concern and asked it to be adjusted. It was not and I was literally harassed the rest of the day. I would not accept the invoice and continued to ask for resolution. I lost an entire day of work. The invoice was adjusted to deduct $250 but it was still not correct.

Pawrade was terrific from start to finish. We were notified before pick-up that Oliver had a parasite found during his last vet visit fecal exam. The team quickly started medication, and Oliver was cleared in less than three days. The Pawrade team communicated with us the entire time as we had airplane tickets and hotels booked. Since settling in, Oliver has gained over 3lbs and is very active. He loves his new home and his brother, Otto, that we kept together! We love them both, and Pawrade made it easy for us to book them both at the same time from the same breeder. It was important to us to have two pups; it was a great bonus that they were brothers. The payment system is quick and easy to understand. Parade has an incredible plan to keep you and the pups protected should something happen. I can't give enough praise to the team. Thank you, Pawrade!

purchased our first puppy from Pawrade and had an AMAZING experience and just putchased our second puppy. The concierge that helped us buy our first pup actually reached out to us during this process, so it was so sweet and thoughtful to have a familiar person follow up with us during this time. We actually flew from Denver to Indiana to pick her up and it was such a seamless process, between the constant communication and the efficiency of how everything panned out, I could not be any happier with our new pup. Not only is she gorgeous, but she is semi potty trained, and so very loving!!! I recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy but is unsure of where to buy from or if a website is trustworthy or not. I will not buy my dogs from anywhere besides pawrade. You guys have really gone above and beyond as far as customer service and customer satisfaction. Thank you for continuing to help us grow our family!!!

What a great experience we had using Pawrade! I am telling all my friends and family. From start to finish, they have helped with all our questions for our new puppies, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The team is very responsive over text and will also personally answer your calls. It is hard to find customer service like this these days. Pawrade's health requirements before getting your puppy put us at ease. They also have fantastic coverage for up to 3 years (or ten if you want) for your pet. We got fantastic insurance the next day, without a vet appointment, because of the work Pawrade did in the beginning. We opted to pick up our pets (two brothers and mini dachshunds), and I would recommend that. We got to meet the breeder, who was super friendly and helpful, and now we have her contact should we have any questions. I'm so thrilled with our experience. Thank you so much, Pawrade!
