Super poor service. The puppy sent to us were infected with ear mites and three parasites such as Giarida, Coccidia, Tapeworms. I complained about it, but have not received any response since then. The health guarantee is a complete lie and a scam. You are really bad scam company.

Everyone was great and very helpful. We had just gone through a scam with another website and I was happy that everything was very transparent and professional.
Working with Pawrade was like a dream. Everything was quick, easy, and smooth. Customer service is A++++ and messages you back almost immediately. They even set up a Zoom meeting with our breeder so we could see our Lyla (we renamed) up close. I highly recommend Pawrade to everyone.

We are so truly in love with our new addition to the family. Pawrade by far was the easiest and smoothest transaction when searching for our new fur baby. I highly recommend. We are already searching for another baby to bring home.
Well to say Encanto is a sweet angel is an understatement she has adjusted so well with the rest of the pack that she knows this is home. She loves harassing the cats too. She's a small girl and happy she is part of our family can't wait for next month for the next one to join our pack. Everything went smoothly but it very much helped that my daughter was able to assist me (I'm 72). Be prepared for paperwork. When my pup was delivered I assumed all the transfer of ownership papers were in order . That turned out not to be so and ultimately I was blocked from signing on line since it was past the deadline. I'm dealing with that right now, hoping it can be resolved. Otherwise, my pup was given his forever name, Scotty, for his forever home. He's healthy, happy and full of energy. That's what counts.

The staff was always professional and very very thorough in the process of adopting our dachshund puppy! Even after we got home they did a follow up on our new fur baby! I would recommend Pawrade to anyone! And the breeder, herself, was very nice and helpful and allowed me to send pics and an update. The whole experience was very pleasant and non-stressful.

I was very pleased working with Pawrade helping me get my Kangaroo!!!lol. My beautiful little dachshund is very energetic, healty and delightful and I sometimes refer to her as my little kangaroo as she jumps aroung when she is playing and having fun. I was vey comfortable working with Pawrade and confident in their advice and suggestions. They were there to answer questions and arrange for me to zoom with the breeder and see my little girl prior to purchasing. her. I would definitely recommend working with them.

The entire process of getting my new puppy was great! They stay in touch with you every step of the way. I would definitely recommend using Pawrade if you're looking for a new puppy!
We had such a great and easy experience with Pawrade. I was reached out to immediately to answer all of my questions and was communicated with on a constant (but not overwhelming) basis. The puppy arrived when scheduled and is happy and healthy! The Metlife sign up was also incredibly easy and makes me feel a lot more comfortable in case anything happens in the next 30 days. Overall, highly recommend this service!

The puppy was delivered at 1 am on a workday and had kennel cough. I was told she was house-trained, but she is not. Pawrade and the breeder failed to ask questions about our suitability as pet owners. If you have the money, they will ship you a puppy. I highly doubt that their "no puppy mill" pledge is legitimate.

My little girl arrived safe and sound. Love her soooooo much. Pawrade was great every step of the way. Would recommend for sure. ☺️🐶
She is adjusting real well to her new environment. Very happy and very active.
