We had a very good experience with pawrade. After being scammed for 2000.00 we were very afraid to trust anyone but we decided to go with pawrade and they were very reassuring through the whole thing while arranging for us to get and English bulldog named Chrissy. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way we were treated! We would highly recommend pawrade to Anyone wanting to get a puppy.

First time trying Pawrade and enjoyed it so much I got two puppies in the process. The communication was awesome and the fact they put the wellbeing of the puppies as a priority meant a lot. The representatives were awesome with quick response and process details. The two travel companies The Puppy Wagon and Briar Farms were awesome in communication and delivery. Both puppies arrived happy and healthy with as little stress as possible. Highly recommend Pawrade!

Overall had a great experience. Our new puppy fits right into our family and we couldn't be happier. Breeder was great and everything was as described. Parade employees were all very nice and accommodating. Communication was a little delayed, but everything went well. Thank you!

We appreciated the frequent and informative communication. After taking (Marlena) to our vet for a wellness check, they advised she has a very pronounced under-bite ... said to be more than what is typical for the breed (English Bulldog). We are disappointed this anomaly was not advised up-front while we were in the shopping process. Marlena has now been with us 4 days. She is not fully house-trained and has been possessive and aggressive with our 6-year-old French bulldog. We are working on both issues and expect they will resolve themselves with time. On a positive note, she is beautiful and loveable! Georgene

Don't spend your money here. This company charges you for services they can not supply and refuse to refund you money for serivices they did not actually provide. Transportion scheduing is a nightmare and very unpredictable.

This is our 2nd puppy from pawrade in 2 years and Devin and Destiny were excellent support helping us get Gucci our 8 week old English Bulldog. We decide to drive from Central Florida to Springfield Missouri and the trip was well worth it. Gucci is a very healthy puppy and he shows us everyday how happy he is to be our newest addition. Pawrade team directly was great. Transporter was terrible. The transporter chosen by Pawrade provided little to no proactive communication. The absolute worst part is that our little guy arrived with a double ear and respiratory infection. Knowing what we know now, we would have factored the cost of a round trip ticket to pick him up in person. We were told 2-4 days for our pup to get to us. In reality it took 6 days. Pawrade relies upon the transporter to communicate with the new family. It seems they have no awareness of the actual well being of the pups in travel, route, or details that are important to new pup parents. Our pup went from AZ to CA then who knows where before arriving in MI. If we have known he would have been in a car for that long up front, we would have made other arrangements. Our little guy is doing a lot better now. We got him to the vet immediately upon arrival once we saw his condition.

I had a fantastic experience from my initial phone call to the delivery of my sweet baby bulldog. Everyone I spoke with, was kind, informative, patient and answered all my questions. My bulldog puppy is beautiful, healthy, and I am thrilled. We love him. We will soon look for a fenchie so he can have a sister to grow up with.
