You all cared a lot when we were trying to buy Tarzan. The moment the purchase went through, all comms stopped unless I initiated it. And I had to force a conversation quickly for scheduling pickup since we had some tight timelines due to work travel. Cindy was very helpful once she was assigned. All others were not helpful at all after the purchase.

It's was a long process but it was worth it
We found the website by chance and it was such a blessing! Pawrade took out all the guess work and really paid attention and answered all our questions incredibly quickly. We welcome home our puppy last week and are loving every minute!
Pawrade provided exceptional service with our puppy. Every step of the way we felt supported and that helped us to be confident in knowing that our new family member was coming from a loving and caring breeder. Our new puppy, Taylor is the perfect fit for us. She is a wonderful well tempered dog. We knew she belonged with us the minute we saw her cute face and she gave us the biggest hug. Thank you Pawrade!

What a wonderful experience with Pawrade from start to finish. My husband and I after long consideration choice Pawrade for the integrity acknowledged in the companies reviews and how happy most were with the overall experience.From the layout of pictures to each puppy having wonderful description so you know exactly what you are purchasing. What impressed us the most is the recorded documentation between buyer and seller from emails to phone calls quick communication with follow ups each concierge knowing their job and position making sure to take into consideration both the buyer and seller making the transaction successful! We are extremely happy would do the process all over again and have let others know of our experience and how happy we are to have our Bella B. formally "Coco"part of our family for years to come. Well it seem good until the puppy showed signs he had been expose to Provo virus at some point before I got him. I guess online isn't good for everyone. Maybe consider more thorough look into the breeders. Thank you
Everyone at Pawarde, especially Curtney Dean, made our experience at Pawrade wonderful. Our puppy went to a wish child Christian Armbrister, and he was beyond happy. Thank you for all of your help in making these wishes so special.

The overall experience was fantastic… great communication with pawrade and the breeder! The only deltas for this transaction was the description and to what the puppy came with. The description was listed as male puppy but was a female,(female was what we wanted) the puppy was listed to have a microchip, no microchip in the puppy. The microchip was thought to be included in the overall price? Princess is adapting to her new home. She was a big hit at our veterinarian visit "everyone of the staff wanted to take a picture with her" she's a real cutie pie!

Pawrade was so supportive, responsive, and communicative throughout this process. We had our new 6 month english bulldog puppy Ernie in our arms less than 2 weeks after reaching out! We are so happy!
Communication from Morgan could have been a bit better.
The process of everything was very simple and easy. Especially with the help of Don MacCord and Lara Bowen! I looked at previous reviews before submitting private info & sending large amounts of money for our beautiful puppy. This company helps us have my dreams come true with our English Bulldog! Thank you so much, we love her!

Not a good experience. Due to Technical problems it took 5-6 tries to pay for the puppies. The rep and manager apologized but they kept getting the price wrong, felt very transactional. Communication was poor. We would receive pre written instructions but responses to questions was hit or miss. No clarity on Delivery, I asked for options, then I was told they were being picked up on a certain day. 2 days later I asked if i was going to be billed for Delivery? Then there was urgency to call me to pay and sign papers. Zoom call with Breeder was nice, delivery guys were good communicators and kind as well. I would not recommend Pawrade, process and communication needs a lot of work. (1st of 2 reviews)

Love our new puppy. The staff, from my first click on Pawrade, was so kind and helpful. Nothing was left to chance. Very safe, and professional at all times. Delivery was excellent as we watched her journey on the app and met her in the driveway. Seamless transition.

Pawrade was very professional, friendly and responsive during the entire process, from the point of inquiring about a specific dog to the ultimate delivery of the dog. Pawrade provides a significant level of comfort the dog comes from a reputable breeder and the financial arrangements are handled safely and securely.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. The entire team that helped us from choosing the right puppy to delivery and aftercare. The folks at Pawrade exceeded our expectations. Thank you for all of your help!

Alittle hiccup with the first delivery flight however the breeder assured me I would still get my puppy and rescheduled the flight 2 days later. He is beautiful and healthy! Thank you Pawrade
The puppy and breeder get 5 stars. But not happy with the conditions of the health guarantee. Read them carefully. Our pup was dewormed but had not received 8w vaccinations. We moved forward at the 72 hour check up to proceed with vaccinations recommended by our vet. He was one day shy of 9 weeks. The other issue is the push for one per insurance company. I submitted to MetLife but I don't like them. Not for this breed. I will move our pup to our primary and better policy as soon as the year is up. Wise exceptions should be made given the contract is so binding.
This was an amazing experience! I was very nervous buying a puppy online! After one communication issue, Lindsey took over and was amazing!! I would definitely buy another puppy from them. The puppy nanny service was amazing. Loved being able to track her on gps.... she was here way earlier then I anticipated. Lulu is happy, healthy, and part of the family! Thank you Lindsey!
Terrible experience. Do not purchase a dog through this company. They do not vet out the breeders they work with and you may be lied to regarding what you are purchasing.
Couldn't be happier with our healthy, beautiful little bulldog. If we ever decide to get him a little brother, we will use Pawrade again.
