Luke arrived on time. Since he is almost 6 months old, it would have been nice if there had been more crate training done since he is terrified of going in. Makes bedtime really hard. Luke has adjusted well and seems very happy in his new environment.

My apologies for the delay in getting our comments out on the adoption of our puppy Beatrix who we have named Athena. We drove to Branson, MO to pick her up on 3/25/2023 at the age of 15 weeks. It's been a busy week since with the travel back to Texas and getting settled in. Athena is a happy and healthy beautiful little girl that we absolutely adore! She travelled very well on the long journey back to Texas and is now almost a week in with getting adjusted to a routine with potty training and chewing on her toys instead of everything else! :) Working with Pawrade was absolutely wonderful! Everyone we worked with was very professional and very helpful. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to adopt a puppy! Words can't even describe how happy we are with Athena and the experience we had with Pawrade!

This was my first time trying this out and I was kind of scared and super nervous at first and near till the end but they handled it very professionally every single staff member I talked to. The staff is very kind, understanding, and easy to talk to.

Overall very pleased with Pawrade. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Expectations on the process were clear and defined. My pup experienced a bit of a delay due to a heath concerns and I would have like a bit more pro-active interaction during the dela). I would also like to see an app where you can set up an account to communicate a bit easier with the liaisons once you have purchased your puppy.

Everything was great and seamless, every representative I spoke to was friendly and professional. The only reason 5 stars was not given is because when I inquired about the micro chip information, there was not much given. I think a best practice or improvement that should be made is to be notified where the puppy is registered with their microchip. When my questions regarding the micro chip couldn't be answered the breeder contacted me.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Everyone was so nice and extremely timely with any questions I had throughout the process.
Wonderful experience, my new puppy has quickly become a part of the family!
Loved adopting our new puppy through Pawrade. It was easy and I felt safe that it was a reputable breeder due to the guidelines enforced by Pawrade.

We absolutely love our new English Bulldog puppy, Chester!!! Pawrade was great, but when we had already paid for our puppy, we asked for more pictures to be sent to us and only the same pictures were sent. It made me a bit skeptical but when we received our puppy, it began to make sense. He arrived with an extremely irritated right eye. He had conjunctival fluid and it was obvious. He was transported this way and it was never disclosed to us at all. We reached out and sent a message with photos, which were ignored. We took him to the vet, which confirmed and prescribed antibiotic drops. She said it could be entropion, which requires a surgical eye lift so the poor dog isn't in pain. I feel the worst for Chester. We love him no matter what and would've been fine with all this. Just doesn't bode well when you feel misleaded. I'm glad he's with us now, as we will give him all he needs. Pawrade may not be to blame here, but the breeder relationship should be monitored more closely.

Very informative, took time to explain everything to me. Made the process as smooth as possible. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is when you say your going to call me back.. please make good on your word and call me back. Other then that great company!

Everything is great and went great. I will definitely use them again.
I ha e to say I'm 50/50 on how this all went, I feel that you have to many departments during the process, such as as soon as the sales rep is done it goes to ownership, transport, health. Once the sales done and starts to go to the next process I feel the sales person should be checking on all other departments to make sure all is done as told to the customer cause in my case the transport company failed to pick up the puppy but the ownership department didn't even k ow this then the transport department didn't check with transport or the breeder to make sure that the puppy was picked up. So after the missed pick up I was told a date while waiting the breeder didn't agree with pick up times and then was kicked off the program my money was reimbursed to me then later that day was told I can repurchase the dog and get a sooner date of pick up when that day came no pick up happened again I found myself making all the calls and doing Paerades job after the amount of money I was spending.

I absolutely love my new puppy. I named him Doby. He is so sweet and loveable. He only had a few accidents inside. He goes into the yard on his own and I immediately praise him. He's such a good boy. He goes straight to bed and doesn't even whimper and he sleeps through the night. He is wonderful. Thank you sooo much for my beautiful little boy.
