This dog was hands down worth every penny. Not sure to thank the breeders or I just got lucky with his potty training. Being a guy I have to admit this puppy is very cute and super smart. He's also below weight, but I hope he stays like the little stud he is. Pawrade and Tara the person who helped us were terrific to work with. Looking at another one already.

Juliette arrived happy and calm with the nanny and she had no anxiety. She was clean, well fed, and had gone to the bathroom just before arriving to my home on a poddy pad. She is wonderful. Thank you all for a great job. Highly recommend this company. It is very clear that puppy well being is the HIGHEST priority as it should be. Paperwork was organized and buyer responsibilities were lid out clearly. Excellent job.

The portal with the ability to quickly send and receive messages was very very appreciated. I wish Pawrade would facilitate to talk to the breeder, I understand all the security concerns (both ways), but maybe the website should invest on a "chat" window, or message to talk to the breeder directly, that way you don't have to share information until the time is right. Other than that, I had a great experience so far. We just got our puppy, she is the cutest, adorable and most importantly: healthy. Our breeder was super helpful for the pick up and overall great to work with, seems to love what she does, and the puppy is amazing. Pawrade team was super helpful as well, and fast to reply too. Thank you guys!

We are very happy with our purchase, Seth is a good pup. The process up front was good, when it came time for transportation Morgan is not helpful and very distant with customer service. I left a comment on Facebook and Peter messaged me in response, when Peter stepped in and got management involved transportation went smoother. Peter stayed in contact through out the process, his customer service skills are awesome, he puts you at ease and reaffirmed that we made a good decision purchasing from Pawrade. Love our baby! Good transaction. I just didn't realize there were fees and taxes on top of the price they have posted. Great breeder who personally flew our frenchie to us. Pawrade was great and really responsive to my questions. The transport was communicative and kept me in the know during my puppy's travel. My puppy traveled by ground from Arkansas to Colorado Springs and it took about 6 days. Puppy did show up with a runny nose and snot bubbles but he is clearing up well after being prescribed antibiotics at his wellness exam. There was nothing "sketchy" about the entire process and future customers can rest assured.
