Great service process was simple and easy. Communication was a little sparse. One thing I would recommend is maybe sending some updated pics when people are waiting for a puppy out of state. I know you’re not the breeder, but you’re in contact with the breeder. It would’ve been nice just to see some fresh pics after a couple weeks of purchasing a puppy when they couldn’t travel right away.

Pawrade was in contact the majority of the time. At one point, the only issue was that we were waiting for the delivery of the puppy for the next day but couldnt get in touch with anyone to confirm until after 10PM. At the airport, the Nanny was in such a rush, he took a pic, checked ID and said the papers are in the carrier and headed back inside. Puppy is happy and seem to be healthy. We have a vet appt coming up to confirm.

Everyone at Pawrade was absolutely amazing!! They made the process easy to understand and were always available for any questions we had. Special thanks to Hannah, Cindy, and Donna for all of the help through every step of the process! The breeder was kind and great to deal with as well! Their love and hard work socializing our puppy made it simple to acclimate her to her new home and her big sister Lucy. I've already recommended Pawrade to several friends and coworkers and would definitely use them in the future. Lainey is home and she and Lucy are already playing together and snuggling up for naps!
