Puppy is very sweet but not at all potty trained yet but we are working on it. She is getting along well with the other puppies we have and they are playing all the time. She is a great addition to our family!

Would prefer one on one with one person from purchase to delivery! Am very happy with our purchase, not so much the breeders choice of delivery transporters as our puppy went in the wrong direction. Pawrade themselves as a company I would recommend

Very happy with our new puppy!! The process was pretty smooth, although a bit overwhelming at times with paperwork and contacts, but help always a call away! The drivers were awesome!! Kept us up to date and delivered ahead of schedule a beautiful clean and happy pup!! This completely took the worry out of being caught in one of the many scams out there. We highly recommend Pawrade!! Thank you all!!!

This has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The issues began with poor communication and extended through to the delivery of my puppy. Within the first 24–72 hours of receiving him, he experienced a severe medical emergency that required immediate veterinary attention. Prior to delivery, I was sent a photo during transport pick up in which it was clearly visible that there was damage around to his eye. When I raised this concern, Pawrade advised only that I have a veterinarian review him, but no proactive action was taken to follow up with the provider, delay transport, or ensure the puppy’s condition was safe for travel. After arrival, I took him to the vet within 24 hours. The veterinarian diagnosed him with a severe, underlying chronic eye issue. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, his eye ruptured, resulting in the loss of the eye and requiring emergency care which I paid out of pocket. Since then pawrade pet pay has been non responsive. The puppy was neglected

This process could not even been any smoother. From the beginning to drop off, no stress! In these times, you not sure if you are being scammed or not. I can honestly say NO scam here. Pawrade was great with connecting me to a puppy out of my immediate area. I did in-person pick up and it was a positive experience.
Overall experience was great. Communication was timely. The transportation was set up and they kept us updated. We love our baby girl!

From start to finish, Pawrade made the entire process smooth, clear, and reassuring. From the very first moment I saw Paisley, I completely fell in love with her — her colors immediately caught my eye, and when I realized she was born on the same day as me, I knew I couldn’t let that pass. It felt meant to be. Pawrade was supportive and communicative throughout every step, answering my questions and making sure everything was handled with care. Bringing a puppy home can feel overwhelming, but they made the experience feel organized, safe, and trustworthy. I’m truly grateful for how everything was handled and for helping me bring Paisley home. I would absolutely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a guided and reliable experience.

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. The whole process was so seamless and any questions I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The delivery service was fantastic too (excellent communication, and the people were so kind and clearly cared about the dogs being comfortable and making their journey as good as possible).

Frenchie Luke was delivered at 6am this morning to our front door. He appears to be in good shape and is getting accustomed to his new living environment. Donna our representative was not only professional and polite, she helped smooth the adoption and delivery process. I give her highest marks in her job with you. One thing - if someone could email me the MetLife contact information and any instructions to get the insurance coverage going on Luke that would be most appreciated. The communication with the Pawrade team is subpar. You ask a question and the time it takes to respond is unacceptable, but if they ask you a question there is a time period to answer back. Please be aware that since we have received our puppy, she has been sick. we are going on week 4 of in and out of the vet office. First start with parasites in her stools. now we are dealing with a Respiratory issue.
