Bounced within 3 agents 24 hours follow up or more after repeated messages and calls. Pushy tactics to sign release of Linley for precondition. This experience reinforced to me Pawrade is masking as a puppy mill pusher.

Very smooth process from beginning to end. Customer service was great. The delivery drivers were great and my puppy is amazing. The breeder even provided me with about 10lbs of my pups favorite food along his favorite toys and blankets. Awesome all around!

This was my second time buying a puppy from Pawrade, and my first experience was flawless – healthy pup, smooth process, no issues. I thought I was set for round two. Wrong. This time will probably be my LAST time dealing with Pawrade – ever. The puppy arrived, and within minutes of bringing him home, he started coughing nonstop. Rushed him straight to the ER, where vets diagnosed him with kennel cough – a totally preventable disease from poor breeding/shipping conditions. Worse? My older dog caught it too. It’s been TWO WEEKS, and he’s still not recovered – constant vet visits, meds, stress on our whole family. Unacceptable. I contacted Pawrade’s “Health Guarantee Manager” Joey Walsh for help. Absolute zero assistance. His ignorance and helplessness were unbelievable – like talking to a brick wall. I just needed someone to acknowledge the negligence and step up. Instead, this guy kept repeating to contact MetLife like a broken record. Pawrade, your “guarantee” is a joke.
