I want to thank Morgan, Lindsey, Sara, Kayce and Renee for their wonderful beautiful customer service. Communication was very effective with quick responses every time. This was my first time purchasing a furry friend in this online fashion, but the pawrade team made everything so much more comfortable and took away all doubts and concerns. First thing you should know is this is NOT A SCAM!! THIS IS A GREAT PLACE to get your next pet from. Pawrade did a great job of staying in contact with me and answering all my questions and concerns. My concierge Lara Bowen was the best!! Hands-down the most helpful and informative person ever. The puppy travel liason was great too. The whole thing seemed to easy to be real but it is and the delivery of my pup "BRIGGS" was so easy and worth the money. From Missouri to Massachusetts in 48 hours. Pup was clean and well taken care of. There's many scammers out there but this is legit. It's everything they promise it is. Thank you guys for everything!!

What a fabulous experience. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, kind and just a pleasure to deal with. My boy Riggs is a great addition to our family. He is adorable, his temperament is outstanding and we are just thrilled to have him. Jennifer, Lisa, Renee and our awesome carrier Matt were beyond what we were expecteding. This was a great experience. They kept me updated until the puppy was in the way and then provided a live GPS link so we could see where the puppy was at all times. Tje driver that delivered (Stephen) her was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything and took a picture of is with the pup. I would recommend Pawrade if you're looking for a puppy that is well cared for.

Shannon and Morgan were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in bringing Charlie home. He had a last minute flight cancellation and they were in constant communication with us regarding his status. The breeder remained at the airport with him until his new flight departed and sent pictures so we knew our fur baby was being loved and taken care of.

We've Been on Several Walks To Get Juju Acclimated To The Property. He's in His Large Crate To Sleep. But He Likes Staying Next To Me. He's A Beautiful Shepherd!
