Pawrade did a great job with the whole process. They handled all the paperwork and other things and made it easy for us to get our pup home. They also work with other agencies to provide the best care and smoothest transition. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a furry companion for their family.

This was a very good experience, with knowledgeable and caring people. Of course like anyone I was concerned about buying over the net but I was in constant contact and my questions were always answered. They delivered exactly as they said they would! Love (Kimber) is making herself at home with her older brother, Honor. She is so sweet, smart and spunky!. We love our new Love.
Very helpful process and can tell they care about the health and wellness of the puppy. Only complaint was it seems the company and the breeders may not be on the same page. I was told I would receive toys, a harness & leash, and a blanket but I did not receive any of those. the breeder also took a very long time that we ended up driving to go pick the dog up even after paying the delivery fee.

I want to thank Morgan, Lindsey, Sara, Kayce and Renee for their wonderful beautiful customer service. Communication was very effective with quick responses every time. This was my first time purchasing a furry friend in this online fashion, but the pawrade team made everything so much more comfortable and took away all doubts and concerns. I now hyave a beautiful German Shepherd puppy at home ready to be loved. I would 100% recommend to anyone being in doubt. Just contact them and find out for yourself!!

First thing you should know is this is NOT A SCAM!! THIS IS A GREAT PLACE to get your next pet from. Pawrade did a great job of staying in contact with me and answering all my questions and concerns. My concierge Lara Bowen was the best!! Hands-down the most helpful and informative person ever. The puppy travel liason was great too. The whole thing seemed to easy to be real but it is and the delivery of my pup "BRIGGS" was so easy and worth the money. From Missouri to Massachusetts in 48 hours. Pup was clean and well taken care of. There's many scammers out there but this is legit. It's everything they promise it is. Thank you guys for everything!!

What a fabulous experience. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, kind and just a pleasure to deal with. My boy Riggs is a great addition to our family. He is adorable, his temperament is outstanding and we are just thrilled to have him. Jennifer, Lisa, Renee and our awesome carrier Matt were beyond what we were expecteding. I am raving to all my friends about how well we were treated and how every part of this adventure from my first phone call to Pawrade to Matt handing my boy into my arms was epic.
