I was very nervous about buying a puppy online. I finally saw the most adorable German Shepherd. I decided to give a call first before I pressed any buttons. I spoke with Paul the finance manager. He was so extremely helpful and kind. He made all my worries about buying a puppy online go away. After that the whole process was so easy with Renee Smith the customer service liaison. She reached out to me many times through messaging and by telephone. She was great and had so many good tips for new puppies. Renee R. the travel concierge helped to make travel arrangements for my new puppy. Harlee was transferred to us from Arkansas to Connecticut with no problems at all. She actually got here a little early. I highly recommend Pawrade. I would encourage anybody who wants to add a new puppy into their lives to use them. 🥰🐶

Pawrade was extremely professional from beginning to end. My dog was delivered to my home personally. She's incredible but I was surprised at how shy and scared she was people. She's very comfortable with other dogs which is great since I have two other dogs at home. She will be the third. She also had no training at all and she's four months old. She is very sensitive so I think she will learn fast. She's beautiful and I'm thrilled to have her..

The process was simple. I like that they included an app to see where your dog is on his journey to his new home.
We got our puppy on Sunday night (6/26/22) although our plans were sooner due to a weather, but our puppy overall was healthy I just want to thanks to Dan and Morgan helped us to made it happened , thanks to Andrew and Garrett for driving safety.
Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and informative. Answered all my questions and was available when I needed them. The gentlemen that delivered my precious fur baby was very friendly and kept in touch. Very satisfied with Pawrade!

First experience was a good one but this second one has been horrible. I messaged pawrade a few days ago and have yet to hear from them. Have been waiting on my akc puppy ID so I can register my puppy to my name and have yet to receive it. The "vaccination" records sent with the puppy don't seem legit, and aren't even signed by a vet, well not signed at all, pretty much just filled in on some informational brochure that looks like anyone could have made it on their own. And when my puppy arrived, we found that it seemed like he hadn't been fed at all by his food plate being completely empty, and he traveled by 2 air flights for an all day travel. On my puppy's 72 hr check up I found my puppy to have tested positive for giardia...which can also be caused by drinking water that has been contaminated with feces, not just stress. So of course I broke the contract by giving my puppy vaccines on the 72 hour check up because I do care for his well being and want him to be healthy.
