False advertisement ( it is what it is). The dogs names were different than what they were raised with. Did I receive the full vaccinations required with the state that they were being transferred to. Advertised as crate, trained leash, trained, socialized, Frankly, they were none of these things. They are lovely, healthy animals, and I'm happy to have them in my home. But I was seriously question the un reputable nature of the sale. It does not post confidence for any future sales or interactions with this company or the Breeder. Tony, Jane, Alyssia We're very kind and helpful in this process. As far as the Breeder go, I don't have anything against them. They seem like good people, and they love their animals. I personally, Think that anything to do with them in the future should be met with caution and due diligence, Paperwork and communication.

The process is very thorough, and the have the best interest of the animal in mind. You do have to submit documents to prove you have completed your part of the adoption process, but again, in the best interest of the puppy. They are pretty timely on getting back to you and they also give some good recommendations and pertinent information about the puppy. Thank you.

Confusing from the git-go, and 3-6 emails & texts at a time. NOT enough information about the puppy & breeder. All wanted was the money. I wouldn't recommend Pawrade, if last place to get a puppy in the world.

Adopting through Pawrade was flawless. Communication was clear and regular, from the first inquiry to the day of her arrival. I was so impressed with the obvious love for dogs! From the person in charge of helping me through the process, to the folks who pulled up in the puppy motorhome--everyone was all about the puppy and her wellbeing. Thank you so much! I have told everyone where I found her and how wonderful this organization is.
I am so glad that I stumbled upon this website. I knew that I was not living the life I wanted to especially after the untimely passing of our beloved GSD Zeke. I am a very big proponent of rescues but sometime all the love you have in the world cannot fix what is in the cards and the past. I am a volunteer for German Shepherd Rescue of New England and was told this is not a legitimate platform but I got such outstanding customer support and access to the breeders and all the way to transport. This excelled in every capacity, better than dealing with breeders I knew and and nothing was working out. I took one look at Otis and saw that he was ready to leave his mom. I followed my gut instincts and reserved him and followed the process through. I needed him to give me a reason to get me back to who I was. There is no price you can put on living life on your terms. So all I can say is thank you and also William and Shelley McVay.

The process was easy to do and very informational. Everyone who helped us with questions to transportation was amazing.

It wasn't perfect. If someone took the time to talk to me I felt better about the situation. The duplicate emails got old. No one told me about the non insurance situation in SC. They should have known better. The transportation could have been better. Many frustrations. I do have a beautiful, loving and totally captivating puppy!

Horrible service. Fees everywhere. "Screening Breeders" apparently doesn't mean much since the information I was given does not match the records/documents given to me or the actual puppy. I was told a DHPP was given - no records. I was told that there were no abnormalities on the doctor's exam done prior to travel - the puppy had an umbilical hernia. I ended up paying thousands to be lied to and get a questionable puppy (the only thing documented is a negative fecal, not sure if I even believe that at this point). Would never recommend. The only positive is that the puppy is very cute (but what puppy isn't).

Pawrade did a great job communicating with me. The only negative comment I have is that the people who delivered the puppy forgot all of the paperwork and said that they had it put in the mail. However, I don't have it yet and it has been a week.

We got our puppy Zuko, (William), and he started showing symptoms for parvo. It happened very quickly and with the time frame he did not get it while he was with us. So we contacted pawrade and told them and they got us in touch with someone who can compensate, however they would not give us compensation because we did not get a certain parvo test done. The vets would not let us retest him and the place he was originally tested did not use that test. We had to take him in multiple times to vet and to an emergency animal hospital. Zuko is the sweetest baby ever and he didn't deserve this.
