What an absolutely wonderful experience we had with Pawrade. Our concierge and our travel planner knew exactly what each other was doing. They were professional, along with being courteous, concerned, and extremely helpful. It was nice to deal with "people" and not just a "company". In a couple months when our pup has grown a little we plan to get in touch with Pawrade for a second German Shepherd. Kudos to everybody that helped us. I reviewed Boston's paperwork, and we researched the breeder. I'm sure you are aware that the breeder is a puppy mill that was cited for several serious violations, including substandard living facilities that caused a fire killing several animals. I find this appalling that your site would even consider doing business with a breeder of such terrible repute in his state. Also, there is no paperwork regarding his parents breeding, along with their health records.

Your Bruno - our Woodford (Woody). Is fitting in with the family just fine. He joined some shepherd brothers, Dalmore and Jameson. They are having a blast, and theyre all settling in together. Woody is a sweet, gentle, snuggly little guy and we cannot wait to see his personality grow!

It went well. Need to fix default on checking out. Did not want most of add ons yet it reverted back to charging for all. Now I am waiting for refund. I am very concerned of that issue. Feels like you are pushing for more. Need more info about parents and pictures of parents to see the possible puppy traits. Rest of interactions was pretty good. Thank you.

Evelyn has arrived in Titusville and now she can watch rocket launches from our front yard! This was a challenge for Pawrade as she was out in California and we are in Florida. Air flight regulations stalled Evelyn's arrival due to an August heat wave out west and normal, 95 degree plus weather in Florida. The staff, Cindy, Kelley, and all those behind the scenes made her adoption a major success. Once I committed to Evelyn the staff kept me well informed even when they had additional delays to relay to a worried customer. Pawrade is for real and they are a very customer oriented company. This is a new experience for me and everything came through because of hard work and logistics detail reviews which required constant communication with the breeder. They know their business well at Pawrade and skeptics to online fraud can be rest assured that these folks are 100% true to their word. I would not hesitate to adopt another pet through them. 5 Stars for this company!

Got my puppy after waiting to very long 2 weeks after first reserving him.. Glad to say he's home and happy after being in a vehicle after 2 days. He's been nothing but a bundle of joy and he's got a lot of energy. Simple and easy transition from reserving him to getting him home.

Puppy arrived with diarrhea and is very skinny. She was incredibly thirsty when she arrived perhaps due to the diarrhea.
