In the beginning when I was in the process of purchasing Kurt the girl Kate that was helping me was awesome. She was very patient with me as she was helping me go through the finance process. Very pleasant. Aaron and Karen from Wags on Wheels were awesome too. Kept us informed on how they were doing and little stories about the pups that just made you smile. But when it comes to the communication between us and the concierge that needs improving. All I needed to know was when he was on his way because I wanted to make sure I was home. Only got a tentative date. But nope no answer. Just a generic letter saying what we needed to do when he got here. I only knew by the note I got from Wags on Wheels saying they were on their way. But he got here safe and sound.

Everyone at Pawrade is great. They are very polite and professional. They guided me every step of the way in purchasing my new puppy. There communication and timeline was excellent. I felt very assured that I was dealing with a top-notch, reputable company. They really check you out and care about who they let purchase puppies from their breeders. Maverick is everything I hoped.Beautiful dog, ful of piss and vinegar. Has responded nicely to an expected degree with only a short stay to date. Eats with gusto. all poops have been outside. urination 80% on grass, responds well to name. Extremely affectionate. Process of purchase and transport flawless. Only downide had delivery at 2 am. which was somewhat stressful .Has been here for one week. Have a trainer. Has learned sit, stay for the most part, up 60 on heel. able to climp out of cage__ need to get one with out horizontal bars--acrylic. that is report up ro date.

Only complaint I have is in the ad it said the puppy would be started on potty training and used to loud sounds. Neither is true. It is not a big deal but it should not be listed if it is not true.

Easy, but thorough process to adopt. Plenty of communication and updates on our puppy. Only flaw was lack of communication when the puppy was picked up by the courier.

Everything was great with Pawrade until I received my puppy’s travel day. There was no communication after that. I was told he could arrive anytime over a 3 day period. It was very frustrating not to have a more narrow time frame.

Dervish (new name HARU) traveled from the mid west to the East Coast. He is beautiful and in perfect health and we already love him. The communication was great from start to finish with lots of stretto details. I was a nervous wreck but pleasantly surprised when this beautiful golden retriever arrived safe and sound.
