Everything went smooth just a week delay due to a sibling having a respiratory issue so to be safe my pup got treated just in case. Very good people to deal with I would recommend them to anyone seeking a goldendoodle.
Could not have been more satisfied with Pawrade and the process. They helped us find the puppy with were looking for and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Absolutely no issues.

Plane delay had us concerned, especially since there were 2 flights involved but she arrived in great shape. The quality carrier crate she came in and we learned was ours, was a pleasant surprise. Negative: We were not told that we were to pick her up at 'Cargo' for American Airlines, so we 1st went to the flight's baggage delivery area and had to find someone to give us the address of the place to get her.

Pawrade were awesome to work with. Beth was so helpful answering questions we had and quick to respond. I liked that they included the breeder in conversations so we could get to know where our puppy was coming from. We were so nervous about travel from Florida to Montana but Renee handled all of it and our puppy arrived safely. Shannon was great to reach out to us after Scottie Zane arrived. Now the fun begins! Thanks to you all.

Susan was such a great breeder to work with as we got our new little four-legged family member. She was very communicative and transparent during the entire purchase process, updating us when he got shots, giving us advice, and helping us get ready to have Ted the goldendoodle roaming our house! Such a great interaction and such great service.

I had a really good experience purchasing this puppy through Pawrade and found their staff to be responsive and professional and the communication to be smooth. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a designated point of contact assigned for the entire duration of the process instead of assigning 3-4 people to one customer at different points during the process and for different reasons.
Dog is sick, been to the vet twice, started on antibiotics yesterday. Need breeder info to check health status on puppy and other dogs before the departure.
We finally got our puppy, We are so in love with our little girl. The only thing that I did not like about Pawrade was the communication. I left Aurora 3 messages to call me back and the calls were never returned. But, overall the transport went very well. Thank you so much for our sweet girl. We could not be happier.

We are completely in love! She fits perfectly in our family. Wish is a very happy And loving puppy! Her first vet visit was excellent. She is very healthy. Our experience has been a wonderful Christmas gift for my daughter!!
I love my new puppy. I thought it was very nice that the breeder FaceTimed me with puppy when the delivery had to be delayed. It shows that the house training process had been started. It was so nice to have the puppy delivered right to my home.

We were able to pick Cam up locally and brought home a gorgeous, smart, healthy, energetic and playful female Goldendoodle puppy. We are so happy and blessed to have Cam home with us. What a perfect addition she is for our little family. Thank you so very much!!!

I wanted to let you know, we are fairly disappointed with the shape Stevie arrived in. We had to take him in due to anal bleeding and come to find out he has Giardia which is a single celled organism that creates sis and bleeding. This is cost us nearly $400 not to mention a little guy has been suffering for several days. Please Call me. Thank you

The people at Pawrade were nice but I do wish they communicated better more information about the pup and the breeder. I would like to have known more of the pup's environment at the breeder's location and would like to have spoken with the breeder. The people coordinating the travel were nice, communicative and efficient. The travel went very well.

I was a little skeptical about using an internet group to buy/adopt a dog, but Pawrade were amazing! Tanya & Aurora dealt with all of our questions fully & promptly. The whole process was excellent & worked really well. Maddie was delivered to our door, by two lovely young ladies, after a long road trip from Missouri, and had clearly been well looked after. Thank you Pawrade for a really great, safe program that you provide.
