I'm happy with Lincoln. He's a very sweet dog. I love him already. The only thing is, that breeder must not have been attending to his emotional health or his hygiene, he smelled bad when he got here, I tried to get him bathed professionally, and the groomer said he had to trim him down really low because he was matted. At 18 weeks he doesn't know his name or follow any commands. He is very timid and shy. I mean he is healthy, and well fed but I think he may have not been tended to as best as possible. Paw parade was very professional either way. Very communicative and kept me informed. They perhaps just need to choose their breeders better

I was super sceptical about ordering a puppy online....... However, my family saw Buddy while scrolling and all agreed that he was the puppy we were looking for. From the days before we reserved him to the days after his first vet visit, Pawrade has been excellent. Always in touch, very helpful, easy to reach someone at anytime for any issue and most importantly, Buddy is amazing. He's our perfect puppy and we couldnt be happier. I never really like to leave reviews unless i am super impressed about something or someone and in this case, i am beyond impressed. Pawrade earned and deserve more then a 5 star review. Would recommend them to anyone.

We love the puppy we received. He is playful, active and cute. However, he had a strong odor when it was delivered to us. We gave him a bath a few hours later after delivery, no change in odor. On the third day, we took him to his vet appointment. The vet mentioned he had an ongoing ear infection that was causing the odor. We were given medicine to be applied to him for 2 weeks. This should have been addressed before the puppy was delivered to us. We will be providing the vet records to Pawrade.

Slow communication at the beginning, but finished strong. Cooper is more than so expected. I would recommend honoring requests by serious, potential buyers to see the puppy live prior to purchase (I.e. FaceTime, video). When sellers do not want to do to this prior to payment, it seems very sketchy to those already hesitant to use an online service. I know breeders are busy, but that does not negate the seller's obligation to provide good customer service. Any online search regarding pet scams states to never purchase a puppy prior to seeing it in person. If the buyer cannot visit locally, they should be afforded the opportunity to see the puppy via tech. Disclaimer: this review is 3 days after Cooper's arrival. So far so good!

Taco is wonderful and everything as I expected. He is healthy, loving pup who will now become part of our family. As far as the delivery, I was not expecting an arrival at 3:30am on a Sunday morning. You should warn your customers that your transportation is on a set schedule, and delivery arrival can occur at anytime of the day or night. The other negative I have is that the vaccination record was not included my PetPay account. I finally received a hard to read screenshot after repeated attempts.

I purchased a golden doodle for a veteran. I will say for the most part I thought Pawrade was a good company. Here is where the problem started. You spend 699.00 to have the puppy transported with their company. I get a group text at 4:57 am that there was a problem with a puppy and there is a three hour delay. I texted for 13 hours after that with no response. They finally called me and I was a little pissed by this point. I called pawrade 5 times and just got voicemail. At this point , I thought I might have been scammed. I got upset with their delivery company and they threatened not to deliver my dog. Even though they were a hour and half away. Some how I got a call from a manager at Pawrade and she was really nice and understood why I was upset. She just wanted to make sure I got my puppy. When the puppy finally got to me, he smelled like he was laying in pee for four days. I would think twice about using their transport company.

As soon as I inquired about a puppy on Pawrade, I was instantly put at ease. They answered all my questions thoughtfully and promptly. We are rating our experience with a 4 star due to miscommunication between Pawrade and us. We were not advise twice when the dog was being delivered. We end up cancelling a family vacation because we were told the puppy was coming home that weekend and it did not happened. We had also had bought balloons and decoration to welcome the puppy but he did not arrived the weekend we were told.
